I've stayed at the HGI since the year it opened. I loves the people that work there, always nice and efficient. However, it is starting to show its age. Linens need updating as well as mattresses. Still a great place in a great area with amazingly friendly people!

When I went to shave in the morning, water began dripping down from the room above onto my head. There was also no hot water, waer was luke warm. Bad experience.
