Excelente service and food

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. We stayed in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment which was comfortable and great for spreading out. Airport shuttle was very helpful, lounge is large and restaurant is good.

This hotel was extremely busy and the lot is under construction as they are expanding. There was still lots of free parking. The staff was very friendly...both front desk and cleaning staff. We did not eat at the restaurant that was inside the hotel. There is a grocery store and Shoppers just a couple of blocks away. We stayed in a suite and some items were missing from the kitchen such as forks and our fan was broken. This wasn't a big deal for us. The internet was a little slow. Overall a very nice hotel and a great location in a beautiful city.

We had a family suite on the newer side. When we arrived the shower had a few hairs in it and both TVs weren’t working. When we addressed the staff they stated the one in the bedroom wasn’t working but walked us through how to get the cable working in the living room. The apartment was spacious and we were fortunate to overlook nature. The service in restaurant was slow and did not have friendly staff. The food was mediocre. Do not order the yogurt parfait at breakfast is was very stale. The bacon tasted like it was days old and my husband only got a half piece of toast with his breakfast. The check in and out went smooth. I don’t foresee us staying here again.

The area around the property is still under construction but with the trails and lakes near by it was still quite enjoyable.

The place itself was lovely. Clean room. Super compfy bed. The food, however, so not good... and service in bar very slow. A bit of a gong show if i am honest. We would stay there again, but not eat in the restaurant.
