Not what we would have hoped for!! Customer service poor in all honesty, arrived after a very long flight very tired, wanting to relax in the room with some TV, which did NOT work! We were put into a room which the hotel clearly must of known it did work. Called maintenance who arrived to fix? Spent an age, in and out of room, we just wanted to relax grab something to eat and chill/unpack, instead had to wait around, maintenance temporarily bodged the TV, which wasn't fixed properly and told us to speak to front desk to move rooms. We did that the following morning, and was advised our room/luggage would be moved that day (Sunday 17th) yeah it was NOT! so after a long day at the hard rock stadium we came back to more issues. Was moved eventually to another room on the main road opposite. loud traffic noise until early hours or even didn't stop it felt. Spent Monday moving rooms again. Spent most of the stay moving rooms! Reason I am saying this is the hotel came recommended for it's quietness, I am a light sleeper so which is why we booked this. Felt more tired checking out then when arrived. Also a faulty air con noisy unit in the next room we were put in? Uhhh! Poor front desk at times also, made to feel like we should not be saying and made to feel we were making it up! Most of front desk not all! A little arrogant for my liking to be honest. Restaurant staff excellent though. All in all not great!

This is a great hotel to stay at. Easy check in, Jenny at the front desk and Emanuel made sure of that. Shuttle to the mall across the street (less than 5 minutes) was excellent as well, I think the driver name was Fredirico. The mall is huge with too many food options to name.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and it is amazing! The staff is super friendly, the hotel is super clean, the restaurant food is good too.

The room o wanted and needed and pre paid for was not available. I paid 30 dollars at check in for self parking. However, you get charged every time that you leave the parking garage. One exit was 17 and the other exit was 37.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel to escape from Sarasota during hurricane Milton. We were pleasantly surprised at how modern the hotel is. The room we stayed in was large and very clean with a well thought contemporary design.
While there we had breakfast every morning in their cafe.
The service and food were excellent!
I highly recommend the Hilton Miami Aventura......it was an excellent value!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel to escape from Sarasota during hurricane Milton. We were pleasantly surprised at how modern the hotel is. The room we stayed in was large and very clean with a well thought contemporary design.
While there we had breakfast every morning in their cafe.
The service and food were excellent!

I would avoid this Hilton if possible: my room phone wasn’t working, the valet app wasn’t working, the food menu in the lobby and restaurant are not great. The renovation looks nice but isn’t holding up.

This property was stellar, only gripe was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was visible mold on the interior of the shower and around the toilet inside and outside. I carry cleaning products with me so I could fix the problem myself.

Very nice, clean , modern hotel in an area that is very convenient with everything you would need around it. Since I'm slightly handicapped asked for a room close to the elevator and I guess it needed to be approved by the manager on duty and he did , so that made our stay there very good.
