Perfect spot for a 1 night stay. Was in the area for golf the next day and this place was perfect. Very clean, comfy bed, great price!

Very quaint and quiet. Nice pool and rooms were very clean!

There is no reason for this hotel to be this dirty and tired. Great building with so much potential! I would absolutely not recommend this to anyone from low quality bed frame that made noise everytime one rolled over to dirty floors, paint worn off walls to yuck bathrooms to reluctance to let a traveler use the bathroom upon arrival and a very dirty bathroom at that! Honestly just terrible!!!

There is no reason for this hotel to be this dirty and tired. Great building with so much potential! Awesome stay -- room was very clean and bed was really comfortable. They also upgraded us to a deluxe room at no charge! Would stay again.

A bit dated but comfortable room.
The first thing that I noticed was the exterme use of scented air "freshener."
I don't know if someone thinks it smells good or they're covering up another odor.
Recommend just cleaning well and drop the Fabreeze.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking super - easy. Management went of their way to make sure we had what we needed and were satisfied.

Location was perfect, cleanliness not the best, there was a dried worm on the floor and the mirrors/surfaces weren’t too clean.

The bed and pillows are so nice and soft. Nice hardwood floors. Big bathroom. Nice cable tv and microwave. Wish it was cheaper in the summer but i understand summer is high season in Southampton.
