I am not satisfied. There is a lot of noise from the street, it is loud, it sounds like the people are inside our house. The beds are hard, feels like lying on a rock. The pillows in the bed are flat as pancakes. I found 2 long black hairs in the bed when I lifted the duvet. The sofa is hard. The refrigerator makes noisy noises. At night, around 2am, an alarm went off throughout the building. The children were scared and trembling. Afterwards there was a hissing noise from the hallway, so it was impossible to sleep. Outside, several people were standing chatting, noise everywhere. I couldn't sleep all night, too much noise. We moved to another place.

We had really nice Christmas holidays in Gdańsk. The property is wonderful! Clean, fresh, nothing to complain about. Spa area with pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a little fitness area can be used every day 07-14,16-23:00. And u can use the area how much you want. We were at the place on Christmas holidays and the place didn’t seem overcrowded. Near to everything.

We had the Deluxe Apartment with the view to the river. We were in winter there. The apartment looks exactly as on the photos. It was very clean, smells neutral (no cigarettes or something) and we had a pleasant stay. The wellness area was okay. But it was a little too small. Only 3-4 people could get in the sauna. The second sauna (steam sauna) was not good. Most of the time it was not working. But it was possible that we could go swimming every day. The apartments are central.

I loved the property, beautify decorated and all new with access to local amenities and 5 min walk to the old town. However, the company didn't include the price in the listing, so upon arrival we found out that we hadn't paid extra £30 for the cleaning. I expect that fee to be included in the price of the rental. Also, when we were shown our flat we noticed that the floors were dusty and needed a proper cleaning, we asked for the cleaner however nobody turned up on that note it was disappointing.
