1) Front desk staff didn’t know how to print a receipt. 2) $18 to do one small load of laundry? Stupid expensive. 3) charged $3.78 to park. 4) breakfast closed at 930am, usually at 10am, ran out of the breakfasts to go. 5) only two bath towels… not enough when a woman showers and washes her hair, and then I showered. 6) could find only one ice machine.

This property is as comfortable and what you expect at this level of hotel. It was on the more expensive end but that was understandable once you look around at other hotels. Cleanliness and upkeep always lack at these hotels but not in an exaggerated manner. We enjoyed the New Mexico theme turquoise decor.

I was ill and property kindly extended stay for several hours allowing me to recover. I’m impressed.

The hotel was nice overall. Rooms were clean and AC worked! Breakfast was plentiful and had a variety to offer guests. Only issues we had: The indoor pool was very small and had a funny smell. The patio furniture was missing all of the chair cushions so we were not able to enjoy sitting out there.

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the staff at the checkin/reception area were hard to find at times and not even there when we checked out.

No waffle mix for breakfast. They ran out .waiting for a supply truck! Ever consider a Walmarts - ingenuity. Paid for handicap room - one vertical grabbar in tub/shower. NO grab bars around toilet. Doesn't meet handicap standards nor photo of room i selected.

Unable to get breakfast or coffee before 6:00am. But otherwise was very satisfied.

i booked a two twin size bed roo. when i checked in i went inside the room there was only one bed, the front desk hide this matter from me and took my money,i calle front desk right away they said hes gonna call me back, but never did. went to see front desk and talk about the situation , the reply from front desk was so ignorent and says that there is no room available. iask them about the money ,also ask why dont you tell me that if there is no room available before charging me . they guy in front desk named Mr. Omar, says that if you come back next time make sure you book through from hilton not from EXPEDIA.So i feel like iam robed, so never ever expedia again or HILTON,

The bathtub did not drain and the shower could not keep up with hot water. There was a towel underneath the sheets left to cover a stain. It was also the loudest hotel, we could hear everything. We would not stay here again.
