We rented the suite that slept 7, I arrived with 5 children and it was very comfortable. Loved the kitchen! The breakfast was outstanding and the room was very clean.

We came to a 2 bedroom that the A/C was broken. We were offered 2 rooms supposedly for the inconvenience but one of the rooms when we entered in, the carpet was soaking wet and soap smell was very strong. There was a fan to dry the carpet, very loud with the cord in the middle of the room, easily a safety hazard for everyone. I immediately called the front desk to haul it out. How can you guys give a room like that to your guests? What a shame. I wanted get angry but it was close to 10 PM and very tired. The staff told me to talk to the manager in the morning. He told me that they were full and that they can’t offer us anything at that time. In the morning, their manager told me that one of the room is complimentary. Why complimentary? In the first place, I booked a 2 bedroom accommodation. So you have to give me the same or 2 separate bedrooms right? She was telling me about the room price of the other room which is very high and that maybe I’ll have like $20 difference. Nice offer for all the inconvenience we had right? 😡I just told her to do a late check until 1 PM just to finish this ridiculous business with them. I am not booking with this hotel again. The manager also needs to be taught that when you talk to your guests, to please stop what you are doing and look at the person you are talking to.

It was an awesome place to stay. Clean, very comfortable rooms, wonderful amenities, great location, friendly staff! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I reserved accommodations for 6 people and we were not accommodated. They did not have any bedding for the sofa sleeper. Towels were also scarce.

The room is nice - the air conditioning was struggling but overall great room - carpet seemed a little damp but it may have been the humidity of the room-

Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, rooms are spacious, areas were cleanish, breakfast was ok. Only major complaint was that one of rooms was not available until 6pm. When only staying one night that caused an inconvenience for sure.

Tabitha who is the manager called me and was rude and condescending when I told her it was fraudulent not to reimburse me with hotel credit or refund due to car issues and being contagious due to a urinary tract infection treated by Baylor Scott Urgent Care in Frisco and Memorial Hospital ER in Las Cruces. Tabitha called and personally harassed me.

Room smelled of urine. One couch cushion on the pull out sofa had what appeared to be blood or fecal matter. Room never cooled off Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. Location was great.
