The place was very dirty, I have cigarettes burn holes in my bedsheets. The shower handle was broken and I almost cut my hand on it.

First an intoxicated woman came out of a room and was yelling at me right after I checked in. 2 other ppl made her go outside and I went in my room. TV in the room didn’t work. When I went to take a shower the lever for the shower was stuck and resulted in the shower only partially working (slow dripping). The walls of the shower had long black hairs on it.” (Not mine) and the culking around the shower was had mold all over it .

Bed bugs and lack of empathy. I didn't demand anything crazy, just some extra time since my small child and i were relentlessly attacked by bed bugs. They were crawling on both beds, i called at 4am, my kid obviously upset and unable to sleep. They switched us rooms and i was up hours until my child was finally able to sleep, i woke up late. I just wanted extra time to maybe help ease the itchiness with a bath, guy knocks on the door and opens it not even 3 seconds later to say: get out. I try explaining, they don't care. Just because they switched us at 4am, it makes it okay that we are going through this? Of course, they refuse a refund cause, sure, it's a business, whatever, but tell me i just paid for this? Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 days to notice the full effects of these bites. It's only day two and i have slept maybe 3 hours in the last 2 days, my child is inconsolable. I wouldn't be angry, had they shown at least a little compassion, i don't think it was a lot to ask, they even alerted police. They have a rodent issue, the only microwave is in the lobby, sometimes no fridge in room, building smells like mildew and tobacco... but I'm out of line for asking at least a refund? I've stayed here several times, i dealt with the smells and the ridiculous added fees, but this is too much. I just needed a place to rest for the night. If you're in a pinch like I was that night, find another place or just find a rest stop, and sleep in your car. This is completely infuriating.

The room i had for this stay smelling like wet dog the room had Roaches and the hallway during check out smells like weed a stranger in the libby wanted me to give him a ride I said no and the clerk stole my $30 deposit like she looked like a crack addict plus no microwave in the room its only one downstairs stayed in my room they won't give ur family enough wash clothes and towels either just nasty

The bed was like sleeping on the floor. There was outlets that didn't work. I only found one ice machine and it didn't work.

I had no prior knowledge of this place at the time, but an emergency forcing to find a place at a late hour, I had no choice. I didnt even take any belongings in. It wasn't worth even trying to get deposits back. I just wanted out of there.

I have managed hotels in the past, I would never send anyone at all to this facility. They don't care about clindness at all.

The building is well-designed but the cleanses is total poor. I think they don't have cleaner, sheet dirty and window sheet full of dirty sports.
