The problem with the hotel room was the refreshing spray they used. Gave me an instant headache walking into the room. Way to heavy smells.

The side door is not accessible by wheelchair nor is the key lock there without falling off the sidewalk. Needs to be addressed. Plus tub is not accessible even with the bench because a person can not reach the facet handle for the water or the shower head without assistance and why should a physical challenge individual have to have someone with them.... you need to address this ASAP. Cindy, at the front desk, was excellent. We booked a room without realizing that all the rooms were pet friendly (allergic). She took the time to go through all the available rooms and find one that had been without a pet for the longest period of time. Very appreciated. The only thing we did not like was being charged for parking. Seemed like nickel and diming. Should have just parked in the business parking next door.

Great hotel! Quiet, clean, comfy beds and a decent shower. The breakfast was good, lots of variety. Highly recommend for the price!

Beautiful place

Great stay! Traveling with my kids. 1 night stay. Rooms were excellent. Comfortable beds, especially after 15 hour drive. Quiet environment. Easy check in and out.

The hotel was in a convenient location but the noise from the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and disturbed sleep continually.

We paid$279 for the first evening then stayed two more days. We never got our room cleaned nor clean towels. We notified the front desk the second evening and he told me they only clean rooms every other day. We requested our room cleaned the third day. When we arrived back late that evening. We had no clean towels and the room had not been cleaned. We notified the front desk and he told me they only clean after 3 days but he did provide me with clean towels. Not a good experience for the price.

Such a comfortable hotel. We stayed here for two nights in a one king bed suite room. The room was spacious with high ceilings. When I first walked in the room, my voice was echoing of how big it was lol. No joke. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was truly good. You can tell they put effort on serving out of the ordinary hotel breakfast. For example, they served red velvet pancakes, potatoes with bell peppers, perfectly-shaped omelets, kolbasa. They even had rice and miso soup for breakfast! I meannnnn… :). One breakfast had scrambled eggs, but the scrambled eggs were so creamy and savoury. I hope this never changes! I stay at hotels with complimentary breakfasts quite a bit, but this hotel’s breakfast stands out! Another thing, the staff were so kind. We had a red eye flight so we asked for a late check out. They said they would help us if it was possible. The night before our check out day, they let us know they can accommodate a late check out for us for 1 pm. We truly appreciated this. I have to mention the paid parking, which was $12 per day. However, I still chose the hotel because it was about 20 - 25 mins away from downtown Portland and it beats the $39-49 parking I would have had to pay for a hotel downtown. Also, I didn’t see homeless people around the hotel’s parking lot. I would definitely stay here again:)! Such a good experience!
