We have stayed at this hotel a few times and it is always a good experience. Being a repeat customer says quite a bit about the place so I won’t go on.

We paid for a king sized room and requested a top floor room if available. Because there are no king sized beds on the top floor they downgraded the booking to a queen accessible room without notice or price adjustment. When we arrived they were booked and wouldn't change the room. No closets or hooks. Horrible room. Overpaid for a room we weren't given .

When we checked in, it was obvious that the bathroom hadn't been fully cleaned. However, I mentioned it to a front-desk person and she immediately went and cleaned it. So kudos to her. She was great.

We’ve stayed there half a dozen times and our experience is always great and affordable! We’ll be sure to return. Nice helpful staff, clean, the folks doing breakfast on busy Harvest Frst weekend deserve to be commended. You have staff like that?! Pay them well and appreciate them! Thanks again for another great experience.

We were traveling with our dog and needed to stay somewhere that was pet friendly.
It was great being on the ground floor with an exterior walk out. It made it so convenient when the dog needed to go out

The air conditioning unit didn’t work and had a timer setting that we couldn’t override. We slept uncomfortably due to this. Otherwise, the facility was decent however that experience put us off.
