I stay at this hotel every time I visit Queretaro. The customer service is always top notch! The hotel is always very clean and well staffed. The breakfast is excellent and it's nice that I can have my family, who lives in Queretaro, come have a nice breakfast with me and they too are treated very well. I haven't stayed at this hotel during the warm months yet so I'm not sure how I would fair without air conditioning (there is no a/c in the rooms, just ceiling fans) but the times that I have stayed, I have not needed it (and I am from Los Angeles where I run my a/c all the time). I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Queretaro.

I'm so happy I found this gem of a hotel. Amazing staff, food, service and premises. This will definitely be the hotel I stay at when I return to Queretaro. Thank you for a great experience.
