This motel is not as advertised. There is a very sad continental breakfast bar. But there is no access to it untill after 9am. And had practicaly nothing available. (Plain cheerios, small and very hard hard bagles, and a waffle maker in not sure worked. a empty mini fridge, no juice, limited amount of milk) deffinitly not as advertised. It claims fireplace but it is just a small outdoor fire pit. the room was very tiny with only 1 nightstand and no dresser or othe table to speak of. A mini fridge with no shelves sitting on the floor. No microwave or coffee maker as advertised. the blowdryer in the bathroom did not work, the tv remote did not work. And worst if all there is no HOT WATER! Cold to lukewarm showers.They didnt run out, they literally have it set so low its barely room temperature water! I tried several different times of day.
Room was cheap under $100 but still NOT worth it! Do yourself a favor and pay the $20 more dollers a night and get one of the many other motel rooms nearby! Hotels.com should remove this motel or make them change there add.

The bathroom shower would not get warm!
The queen bed was up against the wall, and couldn’t be moved! Had to climb over my husband to get in and out of bed! No milk in the breakfast room for the cereal

The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The closet had no way to hang a coat. The carpet had not been vacuumed recently. The staff was accommodating and pleasant.

Bathroom door needed repair as it binds an top hinge was loose.
Modern bathroom, but only luke warm water in shower and tub.

Our stay unfortunately wasn't the best. 1st it deceptively makes you think it's on the water but is not. It is across the street from a very busy and loud road. The view was very nice but the place needs a lot of updating. The room we had was relatively clean but the bathroom sink had a horrible smell the shower curtain had mold and the paint was coming off the ceiling in the shower. The bathroom vent fan also did not work. Overall not a good experience and definitely would not stay here again.

Th Inn was very outdated, not that clean, there wasn't even a cup in the room, for after I brushed my teeth.
I do have to admit that when I realized that our room was on the 3rd floor I did ask for a first-floor room as I could not climb stairs, so maybe that was way we had a very outdated room on the back side of the Inn. The comforters on the beds were pilled, and not the nice. No i would not stay there again.

The main number listed goes to voicemail and is never answered. The secondary number found on their site, I called around 10am the day of check-in to specifically ask if someone would be at the desk when we check in after a wedding we were attending around 10:30pm. The guy I spoke to said yes. I get two calls in the middle of the wedding at 5:30 asking what time I will be checking in after I already told them. I tell them again 10:30pm. We get to the property and no one is there to check us in. The phone was going unanswered, my husband didn’t know about the secondary phone number. 15 minutes later we get ahold of him and got into our room but having to wait after being told someone would be there was frustrating. He did offer us $100 back which was great because the room was not worth the $350 we paid. There was blood on the bathroom door. The shower curtain was kind of gross. And there are gaps around the main door where light and bugs can easily come through. Breakfast was not available when we were leaving at 8:30ish. All around not worth what was paid.

We waited a while for someone to come check us in. By the time we got to our room, that person was gone. Never to be seen or heard from again. There was no internet, TV didn't work and neither did the remote control. I immediately went back to the office and left a message on the desk, stating so. No one answered the 2 phone numbers that was posted on the office door to call if we needed anything. I tried calling for 2hrs. No way to leave a message and no answer. We left to go to our concert and returned back to the Inn around 11:30pm. The main door was left open and still no one was around. Luckily, we didn't forget or lose our key, because we wouldn't be able to get into our room. It was my daughter and myself in our room. It felt very unsafe, knowing anyone could walk in the front door. There was no phone in our room as well. We went to bed and when we got up and was ready to check out, there still was no one in the office. I left the keys and we left. I will never stay there again. We did not feel safe.

Room was clean but tiny and no chair to even sit on in. My biggest complaint is there was NO hot water for our showers, Wi-Fi did not reach our room and tv/cable was not working . Staff at check in was usually not there. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The most horrible place I think I’ve ever walked into. You could barely move in the room. The bathroom smelled like urine. The room smelled like smoke. I can’t even believe that this is listed as a recommended place to stay. The only good thing was the view of the lake. I must say the couple that was running the whole place were very nice and helpful when I requested a refund and moved to another place that really wasn’t that much better but certainly better than here.

I can’t even believe that this is listed as a recommended place to stay. The only good thing was the view of the lake. I must say the couple that was running the whole place were very nice and helpful when I requested a refund and moved to another place that really wasn’t that much better but certainly better than here.

Check in was supposed to be 3 there was nobody at the desk and a line of people started to form. We had an event to get to and wanted to refresh in the room quick and head back out. Finally someone appeared at 3:20 and when she looked for my booking she said I had canceled. I did cancel and rebooked and I had my booking pulled up on hotels app to show her, she said she would give us a room, well thank goodness because I had a live booking for proof. She said the room wasn’t ready (it was supposed to be by 3)
So we weren’t able to use the room and we did not feel safe leaving our belongings. We came back at 11pm and beds were changed but bathroom was not clean, seems there is ongoing repairs and the sawdust was still there around the toilet and bathroom floors and doors were covered in it. I will never come here again!

The inn was not very clean. The sheets looked stained and were rough. There was a comforter on it that seemed like it was from an old college dorm. The bathroom had what looked like blood splatter on the walls. Would not stay here again.
