The beds are horrible, very soft my legs were higher than my torso. for an expensive hotel I thought your bed would be better. also being hit for $139 resort fee and $44 parking fee per day was not expected. The beach chairs are $40.. The top 7th floor bar and pool area was great.

From the moment I booked this property I began to have my "doubts" about the check in process being seamless and unfortunately for me I was more than correct. Not only was I given the incorrect room (the error was acknowledged and admitted by the young woman who checked me in) I was basically given the run around my entire 4 day stay at the property. I was given excuse after excuse about speaking with a manager and if ever the manger was EVER on duty at the property. While the desk staff was "decent" the bellhop service was nonexistent ! I strongly believe the location is the only thing that is saving this place! I was given the email address of the manager but nothing else to rectify the aggreges errors that I encountered at this location. It is a beautiful property minus the evidence of active remodeling being done in certain areas of the property. I plan to contact the hotel manager directly to share my concerns and to address the way that my prepaid reservation was handled because in retrospect I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR !

Great place to stay. Location is great just steps from the Broadwalk and the beach. Very clean, fast checkin and checkout. Fantastic rooftop terrace, pool and restaurant. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night as our homes were hit by hurricane Milton from desk was amazing and kind. I insured the trip! Thank goodness as we got a call on night one Friday 10/11 that a loved one passed during the storm so we had to leave. I was assured I would be refunded the remaining amount of the stay. Until check out oh sorry they were wrong you get nothing back. Besides the fact the price is incredibly expensive plus an extra $418 upon check in ( you are not told about) then I chose to insure the stay ( which is not cheap by any means) now everyone is stating NO refund? During a national disaster sham on you!

Great stay, but just annoying that you have to pay the $45 'Resort Fee' (that covers all the things other hotels include in their rates even though we had no chance of using any of the benefits.

We stayed room 613 fir my fruend bday and everything clean, beautiful decoration and the bed super comfortable.. The rooftop is huge we went for drinks and appetizers. The waiter nice and Liza was amazing brought Happy Birthday sign with Olga name

This is scam hotel, dont bring your family here check in is at 4pm but the service in the beach offered is until 5pm , yes the parking lot if you have a Suv not compact carvis $88 plus taxes per night.

Great the only thing I would point out, my refrigerator was not working properly. Had water leaking unfortunately I had to throw away food.

We enjoyed our stay..will definitely return.

Everything was great just thought the valet price was a bit high considering that we were guests at the hotel. And the beach umbrella was not included with the 2 chairs.

Next day was check out and I did not hear from anyone. I booked a 2 bedroom suite for one night for my daughter’s birthday because the one thing she wanted was to hang at beach and go to the rooftop pool. It was very unprofessional that they did not advise prior to booking that the rooftop/pool would be closed.

Everything was perfect! The only thing I didn’t like is that I was with my family for almost a week and the housekeeper never went to the room, not even to change the towels.
