Definitely is not a 5 stars, terrible mattress, not smart tv, low quality bedding. The room is big and clean. The employees are nice and pleasant and great breakfast.

This is not a 5-star hotel, far from it. I could be one if improves a few items such as transparency on their early check-in policy (the manager Mara gave me a few inconsistent explanations on the policy and each one did not match the other). Not customer service oriented at all! If they want to reach a 5-star status, they should refer to the Ritz-Carlton customer policy. The rooms were not properly cleaned (please see attached photos) and in one of rarest nights that it is a little chilly in Ribeirao I reached out to the comforter in the closet, but felt old, gross and dirty (please see photo) and could not use it.

Very nice hotel and excellent service. I didn't like the bed, the mattress is old. I didn't like that they had only 2 pillows, the other two had covers of other material which I didn't find appropriate in this time of COVID infections. I didn't like the a/c location in the suite because it hit you directly when your in bed, there was no way to direct it otherwise.

I always staying at the hotel The valet parking needs improvements ..they should open the door for my wife First then Go to the driver ... asking to pay at the day we arrived doesn’t look good for a hotel 5 stars ... at New Year’s Eve very disappointed at the room doesn’t have iron ... we have to share the iron with other guests ... that’s was ridiculous. For hotel 5 stars ... in USA Ever hotel has iron in the room ... the cheapest hotel has ... how this can be a 5 stars hotel? Everything else was ok

Untrained front desk personal. I felt in 1955 when checking out. Front desk young girl ask me to wait in order to house keeping check my room's mini bar to make sure I did not consume anything before I can leave the property. Just laugh and left the property. Unacceptable.

Clean, breakfast was super nice. Staff was fast and the food and coffee was great

Quiet location with plenty of parking, right out front. That's hard to find.

Room is nice and breakfast good. However, this time, all 4 lifts broke down at the same time and it took more than 12h to fix them. I was staying on the 13th floor and was definitely not counting on this. The stairs we needed to use were very dirty and dark and when I checked out nobody was capable of apologising for the inconvenience or anything. Very disappointing

In total, the experience is OK. The restaurant is good there too. But it is a little noisy in the room during night.

Great urban hotel. Good location. Very confortable, clean. The staff is very gentle all the time, since the parking driver until the room maker. Breakfast very well served.

Located close to the Highway-an easy access to travelers-Mont Blanc is a new hotel. Nice decoration, large and comfortable rooms. Very clean, great king sized bed. Delicious shower in a good bathroom. Great breakfast. The hotel has a pool but we did not use it. Only disagreable surprise is the hotel charges for parking and this is not clear on the booking. So add parking to the cost when comparing.

Excellent service by the reception staff. Very helpful when there was a communication problem with the taxi. Would not classify the hotel as 5 star. Room service very slow and nothing special.
