All was ok and the staff were lovely, especially in the guy in the vino bar who took time to go through the wines and provide his recommendations. Only disappointment was the food on floor 5. My pizza was essentially something you can get from a supermarket and put in the oven. My partner ordered the burger, they had put his bacon on my pizza instead. Additionally his patty burger was slightly grey and slimy. We did enjoy our meal on the ground floor where i had delicious duck

Very nice property! The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The breakfast was also great - large variety and quality items. I was really impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff and by the overall level of professionalism at this hotel.

I would especially like to mention a very nice receptionist on the ground floor (I don't know his name - he had a British accent), who explained clearly and patiently about the public transport options and helped us a lot.

Excellent hotel in a good location managed by a great staff. Perfect breakfast, everything fresh, (too) many food options, great taste. Stylish restaurant, good menu, very well prepared and served.

Alexie at check in was very Professional with a great attitude and smile. We booked Ma Peruvian Restaurant for dinner at 6pm as we were then going out to a show. The Restaurant was not busy but the food took a very long time to arrive and not in the correct order which was disappointing. The food though was very good and the serving Staff were very friendly polite and apologetic. Breakfast in the morning was good except for Tea, coffee and Cappuccino’s which definitely need to be improved.

My first stay at a Radisson property exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly greeted with a smile that set the tone for our entire experience. Alexei at reception was exceptionally professional and considerate, even offering a breakfast take-out option after knowing I'd be leaving early at 5AM. The housekeeping and maintenance teams also demonstrated outstanding service and good attitude when they addressed a minor issue with the shower drain. Throughout our visit to Cyprus, we stayed at three other hotels, but none matched the welcoming atmosphere and service at Radisson Blu. We look forward to returning. Thank you!

a quick trip to Cyprus for some family business. A business style hotel with a lovely pool and bar and restaurant.
Location wasnt great and i probably wouldnt stay again for that reason, 30 min walk to the town.
Salwa on reception needs some serious customer service training, very abrupt customer facing and as overheard on the phone to a potential client, i would not of booked if she had that attitude with me!

There was a party in the rooftop bar and the base was making it all the way through the top floors. Impossible to sleep. I had to change room. And, the hotel needs renovation. Breakfast was excellent.
