Do not stay here I stay in hotels houses & apartments all over the uk with work and this has to be one of the worst for rip of
The area is very dangerous although it is ment to be nice times have changed and it’s not safe at all & we are fit construction workers
The apartments let to anyone and there also rats hanging about
If you try to change booking thy charge you full amount regardless
We didn’t get the key codes till late at night and we had to keep calling them for it
Even though booked and deposit paid & authorised
Forget about parking if you can park you will be boxed in of have no wheels

We had no running water in the toilet when we turned up and did not get fixed for 2 days even though there is ment to be maintenance on site
The whole place smells terrible as well

Nice characterful room, very clean, bit faded. Had to chase to get check-in details, but all smooth when I did. One of the mattresses was really soft, but I could sleep on the other bed.

No window in the kitchen so very dark. Also the window in the bedroom didn’t shut so was open a few inches permanently.

Average. Did not like being in the basement. Room had bad lighting, making it dingy and difficult to read. On second night we were given access to a co working space ( brilliant) because I was finding it very difficult to do any work, but told it was only available during office hours, which was pointless. As I needed to work in the evening.

Easy check in, all done via email. Flay as described small but fine for one person or a couple. Well equipped. Great location. Parking which is hard to fine in Bristol.

Great property for the price. My only issue was it took nearly two weeks to get the deposit back.

Small but has everything you need in there liked yiu had designated parking and within walking distance of the nightlife

The property was perfect for us. Had a little kitchen, bed and shower. All clean and easy to access. The car park was a little small though and as it was busy it was quite tight. All in all though a great little apartment. Would definitely use again.

The place was spotless and had little touches to help make the stay comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the apartments, but customer service was quick to deal with it and we really appreciated that. Overall a nice stay with great location, car parking is quite limited though.

Beautiful house in a great quiet location with allocated private parking. Check-in was very simple and apartment was well appointed. Comfy bed and fluffy towels!
Room was a little pokie and could really do with some maintenance and cleaning. Broken lightbulb for the main light, rickety chairs, uncontrollable heating, basin balanced on the pedestal and not fastened to the wall at all, visibly soiled toilet 😕
This could be amazing, but it's just ok. Clean it and fix it and we'll be definitely be back.

Beautiful house in a great quiet location with allocated private parking. Check-in was very simple and apartment was well appointed. Comfy bed and fluffy towels!

Great location, very safe neighbourhood, apartment safe and felt looked after as a whole. Room spacious and well equipped but not spotless and needs touching up where previous guests have marked walls etc. Shower has crazy high pressure so shower tray fills too quick

Poor communication, although I received a reply, the fact that there were electrical hazards and limited heating without an engineer visiting except for asking me for photographs shows the poor procedure they have for health and safety.
The bed mattress was terrible.
Otherwise the facilities were decent and the place was clean and tidy.
Overall I’m disappointed at the service and poor communication.
