Very deceptive from the road, great size rooms, modern with large bathrooms. Breakfast is very basic and not worth the price. There is no bar or restaurant but there is a mini market at the end of the road and a few restaurants at a short walk

Demar place is spotless, the cleanest hotel we ever been! He was super a helpful host. The hotel driver was amazing, gave us lots of tips for photography spots and always on time! We loved so much, we added another night. 6 min drive to central busy Zatar, best location!

We had a wonderful 11 night stay at Demar residence. The place is as described and the photos are a perfect representation. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the pool area is lovely. We only had breakfast a couple of times, and although fairly basic, it was lovely and fresh and plentiful. Dennis is a great host and extremely helpful with his recommendations. The place itself is a little way out from the old town, but Bolt and Uber cabs are freely available at low prices.

We were in an economy room apparently but we overlooked the pool and the finish in the room was exceptional. Breakfast although not included in.price was lovely and the price of the drinks and mini bar were extremely reasonable. The area is fairly quiet with a number of restaurants in walking distance and the local harbour and beach about 20 minutes walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here and if we were to return to Zadar would definitely be back.

Modern and spacious room with private pool. Nice patio. Peaceful location. New grocery store opened nearby. Several restaurants within walking distance. All in all, excellent value for The money.

Appartments are fantastic, very well decorated and modern. Bed is very comfy, bathroom excellent. Pool is cold but refreshing!

The property was out of the way in a neighborhood. I thought the map app was making a mistake, but we found the property and it was great.

Beautifully laid out space. Nice room that we got. Comfortable. Privacy is not necessarily there as room was separated from next one over by a plant. Also, internet was very spotty in the room and completely disconnected for the evening we stayed. Otherwise, nice place and friendly hosts.

Attentive and caring host who showed us to our beautiful room, simply furnished but stylish with spacious bathroom. It also featured an oversized balcony with beautiful views out to the water. The area is under going development and appears to be an evolving trendy area for the future. Fresh breakfast spread was yummy too.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. So helpful and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It would have been nice if the pool was heated but I understand the reason it isn’t. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone venturing to Zadar. It is only about a 25 minute walk to the Old Town area, and is very nice and quiet.
