everything is fine, but need to maintain swimming pool for baby. There are many crack of the material on the floor of a slide area.

I cannot recommend Centara highly enough! What a luxury experience - we stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with a private pool, it was close to all the amenities. Our girls loved the playground, merry-go-round, entertainment at breakfast and especially the pirate ship pool. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with so many options. The staff were amazing, it was my husband's birthday and they did everything to make it special. The golf buggies were always instantly available when you needed them. The food and drink options were plentiful

The review is mainly for sevice and food. The facilities are new and clean. The view is amazing. A good place to stay when you have big trip with families.
The buffet breakfast and lunch are not special. Food choices are limited, especially Western food.
Services at Mundo restaurant is not five stars service. We had our first dinner there after a long drive. We needed a quick dinner. We waited 15 minutes to catch anyone's attention. We had kids but adult's food came out first while the kid's food came out 30 minutes later. No one came to check on us for the whole dinner. We need to look for them when we need something.
Breakfast buffet is even worse. No cook stays ready at the eggs and noodle soup stations. I needed to ask the server for them. Typically, the server would clean our dirty plates as we go but they waited until we finished our meal to clean up everything. Glasses for juice are cloudy. I had to look for one that is clean.
They need to run maintenance for the kid's Waterpark. The floor on the stairs and the bottom are broken. My kid picked up a broken piece of cement to bring back to the room thinking it was rock. The tube has green algea.
Overall, it is a nice resort but management seems not up to 5 stars rating.

We were very disappointed with receptionists, it took 1 hour to check in. Overall the facilities were stunning and cleanest. We were very happy with yummy breakfast and great staffs.
