A short distance from fishing, hiking and biking trails, and more, this smoke-free apartment lets you experience it all. El Parterre is within an easy 8-minute walk and Playa Chica is also a quick 8-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

The property is a cute private building. The room was designed for the comfort of its guests. Our room was a studio design idea, with great attention to details and comfort. Location was good and only minutes away from one of the islands touristic beaches CrashBoat. My husband and I walked to local areas, only because it was a short stay. Please keep in mind if you are looking for a longer stay, a car is definitely needed to move around. The owner is very responsive, respectful, and responsible. It was our first time here and look forward to utilizing the other properties as well.

The property is new, everything has a touch of technology, loved the shower and the light in the bathroom mirror. Lights are remote controlled. It is on a main road so there are multiple food choices and a supermarket. It has a pizza place that cook also puertorican food right next to the place (1 min walk). The landlord answers the calls immediately. Great service. Nothing but praises for this place.

Great apartment-spacious, clean, well furnished, recently updated. Nice kitchen area with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There was ground coffee so I didn’t have to buy it and leave it behind. Large TV (but required a Roku password to sign into any of the services). Very nice place!

The apartment is nice. However, as it's on the main road and the other side it has a gas station noisy. If you like to relax there are only two pillows and one lounger. It makes it a bit difficult to watch TV. The parking spot is a bit tricky to enter and drive out. We had a small rental car and the spoiler bumped on.

We stayed for 8 days and it was absolutely nice and comfortable pretty quiet and clean house keeping was helpful and friendly.
