Seems like the person who cleaned the room missed a pillow with the case. There was a stain on the pillow case and lots of hair. Otherwise everything seem to be clean!
If I’m ever that direction again, I will be staying there.

I had a wonderful stay. The faculty and staff were super nice. The breakfast was awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially enjoying the spectacular view of the mountains! 😊

The staff was excellent in their service to us. I felt bad because we seemed to be there at a dead time - there may have been a couple of other rooms occupied. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the coffee. Try Starbucks or some other premium coffee - it will make an even better impression. Special thanks to Priya at the front desk.

The staff was excellent in their service to us. I felt bad because we seemed to be there at a dead time - there may have been a couple of other rooms occupied. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower area was horribly dirty, corners with so much mold, the shower glass was covered with old soap and very dirty. And at the end the housekeeper told the administrators that we took the washcloths when i personally help her to pick up each towel in one place for easier clean up. The front desk staff were nice. Gaya gave us an excellent customer service, but this housekeeping lady was our bad moment. So be careful with the dirty showers the excessive mold can causes an infection. Make sure the housekeeping see all the washcloths in the room otherwise they will charge you $100 as they charge me. Definitely I will cancel my future reservation.

The room was great and the location was amazing. However the breakfast was bad due to bread being moldy and milk being spoiled. Also the bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Customer service was good and place seemed really clean.

The silly little barn door on the bathroom wasnt working very well. The hotel only has 1 elevator and its to one side of the building, folks with mobility issues will find this inconvenient.

Stayed for 2 nights to explore Warm Sorings and surrounding area. We would not usually choose a Best Western but it was the only hotel in the area. Room was 1st floor looking out on the parking lot. There seemed to be rooms with patios or balconies to enjoy the beautiful view but maybe those cost extra? Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just dated and average. I admit I like a fancier hotel when I travel. No complaints other than terrible water pressure in the shower but I doubt the hotel can do much about that. There were some beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy as well as a bar and restaurant which was convenient.

Only compliant is the lighting in the room and bathroom is very dim. I had read that in a previous review and brought a lighted mirror, but it was still very dim.

For a hotel that is popular for the view, don’t book the most expensive room expecting a view of anything other than the parking lot. The outdoor bar area does not have heaters and closed at 7pm on a Saturday night due to it being chilly. Otherwise a great place for a getaway.

The young man who checked us in was pleasant and polite.
We met Joy and her husband the next morning and they went above and beyond to give us area information and
fun, local things to do. Joy also boxed up few mini muffins and granola for us to take on our hikes. She also hollered out the front door when we were leaving, and I forgot one of my bags:) They gave the kind of experience that makes you want to come back and to recommend the hotel to others. We had a wonderful experience there.

Our room was perfect - clean, comfortable and quiet. Coffee and breakfast were available in the morning, and the food and drinks from the restaurant and bar were outstanding. The location is just a few minutes drive from Warm Springs so it was very convenient. We will definitely come again.

Property was clean and attractive (although some grounds maintenance was lacking). Staff was pleasant. Unfortunately we had no TV service literally for hours and had to change rooms in order to get it. More importantly, we had no internet service for our stay. There was no offer to compensate us for the lack of these basic services.

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The staff was kind and courteous and informative. The food was delicious and the view behind the property as well as the cleanliness of the property in every area was spectacular. I would love to stay again one day.

Arrived an hour after check in time and the rooms were not ready. Had to wait 30-40 minutes for a room to be available & then the sink didn’t drain well and neither did the shower. It was never fixed as promised. Found out later my friends stayed in this room the day before and was moved to another because of the issues so there was time for it to be fixed before putting more customers in it.
Overall the stay was good. Celebrated a wedding downtown Warm Springs & then partied in the venues here at the hotel with friends after the reception. The good outweighed the bad!!!
