From the moment of my arrival to the minute of my departure, this place was five stars! I rented the family cottage and it was spacious and cool and I absolutely adored it. The sink is a little small, but the shower works. Excellent the bathroom and kitchen were spotless and clean and appliances. All worked. My favorite part was the gardens and the front porch. Pretty much bug free even in late July! I loved that there are places to sit under a gazebo and enjoy a glass of wine or a meal. I also sat outside in my porch chairs, very comfortably accommodated with cushions and an overhead light. I was able to read until after dark and didn’t even get bug bites. Especially like hearing the live music in the evenings from the main street taverns and restaurants just Across the way from our Little Side St., Virginia Avenue. I will definitely be back and Susie was super friendly each time. I also had trouble with the icemaker and after a phone call to the owner JJ, a new refrigerator was brought over the same day and I had fresh ice in that freezer when I came home that evening. if I could give Meranova 10 stars I would !! Thank you Juan and Susie too. Sorry I didn’t get to meet Frank and his little gnomes..

Tops in every area. Extremely well-maintained. Right in the middle of downtown Dunedin. The well-appointed and maintained rooms are among the beautiful grounds. I couldn't hoped for a more pleasant stay.

Great place to stay, rooms are well decorated and bed was very comfy, super soft sheets. Well appointed, spacious rooms. Lush gardens around buildings make it very pretty.

I just loved this Inn from the well taken cared landscape to the welcoming vibe the minute I opened the door to our BB. So convenient to Main Street of all you could ask for from shops, restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend Meranova!

Quaint, cozy hideaway in downtown Dunedin. Somewhat secluded and private. Suite was comfortable and quite nice. Pool was very nice. Ample parking on property.

Lovely guest house in the middle of town, very clean suite with all the amenities. We stayed in the Zen suite for 1 night. The check-in process was remote, comes from different people via text and information was limited, like how to find the parking lot and where to find the lock code. Note: parking is around back via a one-way alley, and the lock code is on a promo card in a display in the living room. The biggest issue was the AC unit in bedroom has a bright light display (couldn't figure out how to turn the light off w/out turning the unit off) and it was very loud, constantly turning on and off. We barely slept and checked out at the crack of dawn. Also, it's a house so folks can be heard walking above and in other rooms (couples arguing), also people outside having a good time. Overall, it really is a nice, clean, roomy place in a great location, but perhaps not so good for light sleepers or those looking for a little rest and relaxation.

This is our second stay at Merenova. This is an outstanding property. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Close to beaches, shopping, dining and music. Reasonable cost for a property of this quality.

This is the cutest place I have ever been in the US. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. There are tons of amenities.The Chinese decor is amazing. It is just a charming place, highy+ly recommend.
