Very nice hotel with friendly staff, right at beach!

The hotel is great. The only “con” that I found is that, being a 4 star hotel, the rooms were located in 2 floor buildings without elevators. It was not a problem for me as the hotel staff carried the luggage up the stairs. And I could see that the visitors who were not able to climb the stairs in the ground floor. So no big deal. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The food was great too. I recommend it 100%.

Amazing place, amazing for families with kids!

Amazing place. The staff did not speak English, but made us feel welcome and the kids camp crew kept them busy all day long, every day. Breakfast is great and all food options are on rotation so they don’t get old. Close proximity to downtown Porto de Galinhas makes Uber trips easy.

The bungalow was facing the ocean it had an outside area with a hot tub, sitting area and a swing. The room was very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal, everyone was very friendly. At night they had music by the pool. Overall the entire resort is beautiful and family friendly. The downside was the we had a problem with the shower it kept backing up.

They were renovating and my room had a hammock inside but no hook for it. Buffet food was average (not great) which then made it be a hotel with pool basically and i am not sure it’s worth pay for a resort to be a room with pool and dangerous ocean in front.

Let’s be honest here. My stay wasn't what I expected; this hotel can't be named a “resort.” The rooms are dated, lack of cleaning and the Staff is unprepared. It was overpriced for the experience. Positive: breakfast, food in general, and location Cons: customer service, room, and receptionists unprofessional

This is solely on our experience. When we arrived the room was depressing and not at all what we asked for. They where nice enough to switch us rooms. However the bathroom stunk like throw up and wasn’t cleaned properly, a maid had to come to fix the issue. Most of the staff was really nice and tried to make our stay enjoyable, though there are a couple people who just don’t like their jobs and made it known that they didn’t care to be there. For what we paid I wouldn’t stay here ever again. Very disappointed !

The overall experience at Village was outstanding. From upon arrival to departure the staff was outstanding... top notch. I had several requests given it was my wife and my honeymoon and they went over the top! The grounds were also very well kept and very clean. The food overall was very good and there was plenty to do at the location. I honestly think what made the stay so amazing was the staff and their responsiveness and professionalism. Big shout outs to Roberta and Joao, and for the wait staff Rodrigo and Aline. If I ever have my own hotel I would hire them in a second!

This hotel is mostly for families with young children. There are several activities for kids. It is fine for adults too. The hotel staff is wonderful! The rooms were cleaned, the pools were nice, the breakfast was excellent! It is not a "cozy" hotel, and the rooms do not really have an ocean view. But are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The grounds are well kept. We did not dine at the hotel, but we had appetizers and drinks and they were very good. They also have night activities for the adults. It is very close to the Porto de Galinhas beach. Which is a must for a visit. When you go to the beach, do not go towards the town where everyone goes. Instead drive or walk a bit more south (as you face the ocean, walk to your left). Just a few feet away the beach is much quieter and there are several natural pools there. The town is wonderful and the restaurants are amazing! A great experience!

The fruits in general were the worse quality very acid for not been either ripe enough especially for being Brazil a good fruit cheap supplier. You could find someone in a traffic light selling better products. The food from the restaurant is in general very pricey and poor elaborated. I asked for "carne the sal" which came cold and literally the meat without seasoning. The worse part was when I asked for my balance: From 202 reals (Brazilian money) that I owed, I was getting charges for 404. It costed me a lot of aggravation to get the right amount. Actually I think the place is not worth for the price I paid.

Had a great time staying here. Everything was perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer. It was further from Porto De Galinhas town than what it seemed on the map, but this was fine as we had a car and we were happy spending a lot of time at the hotel cause it was so nice and chilled. The hammocks are an amazing touch! Thanks for a great stay!
