Very close to Zion National Park, which is convenient. The grounds are lovely, but we could not take as much advantage as we would have liked because the weather was so chilly. The room was in great condition. There is a restaurant in the hotel.

The Cliffrose is an excellent location within walking distance to the visitors station at Zion NP. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is in the perfect location for a quick walk to the park. You don’t need to drive. You can just quickly access the shuttle. spectacular!

Beautiful hotel in a very serene setting with beautiful views of Zion!!! Pool and hot tub area was gorgeous. Walking distance from the entrance to Zion and shuttle bus is also right outside as well. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The ambience was fantastic! We stayed in Rm#147 which is a walkout lower level suite. Front door opens to lush lawns, further to the Virgin river. BBQ stove in the porch; lawn chairs and gas heaters out on the lawns which made outdoor experience great in early dawn and evenings/ nights. Lying on the beach towels on the grass under the tree shade was beautiful; The night sky was stellar! Loved it!

This property is Excellent. The only thing I would consider improving is phone signal and inspect for bees nest. We had 2 hornets in our room and the nest were on the rim of the windows.

Amazing experience. The hotel is close to the park. The room was tidy and comfy, the staff absolutely friendly. The facility offers all you need. I definitely recommend booking there.

Staff very friendly and helpful.Location beautiful.In walking distance to Zion National Park.Pool and little river on property was nice. Little vacation town with a lot of restaurants to choose from and stores to shop. Love it.

Only complaints - We would have liked to use the fire pits but could not get any of them to work, the relaxation area did not have much seating and the fire pit chairs and pool cushions need some TLC. Otherwise, great stay!

Standard rooms are small for three people not much space to place items anywhere. Very nice looking room. Clean and comfortable bedding. Property is nice and close to zion park. Solid 4 out of 5 in my opinion.

Room was really good but the pool was all chipped flooring. It didn’t really look maintained. The garden view was beautiful but patio furniture was worned out . Could never get a hold of the staff on phone, had to text on the app to get anything done

Incredible property. So close to Zion NP, restaurants, shopping, transportation, river etc. Didn’t us my car at all during my stay, walked everywhere. Beautiful property on river. Worth the extra money !!
