We arrived in a berry bad rain weather in a rental car Not possible to park near the hotel, and the staff really didn’t care. You need to park in the nearest parking garage apparently 250 m to walk with you luggage and the rain. Bad service not to have a better solution regarding parking.

True 5 star hotel, great location, but two downsides: 1- Our room, despite it's being a spacious upgrade, was very dark because the entire window area was about 2' by 4' with a great view of peoples legs strolling the narrow alley outside. Avoid room 217, should be a storage area. 2- Paid extra for breakfast at booking. It was extremely meager. The second day we just went outside.

we enjoyed our stay. 2 issues room we were given faced first floor of 2 intersecting streets, thus could not open curtains, when we left, we ask for cab, never came, thus missed our train to Lisbon. was too late when they advised an uber.

Amazing stay, upon arrival till late checkout, staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The only minor downside was the hotel restaurant qas really underwhelming and the service was very poor. Other than that it was a joyful experience and I would recommend it all the way. Their food truck is worth a detour too for a little afternoon snack.

Fabulous hotel and staff couldn't be more friendly. Food delicious we ate breakfast every day. Would highly recommend. Spa facilities great too.

Staff was incredibly kind, the restaurant was top tier, the room was beautiful, and the pool area was lovely. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay. Staff couldn’t do more for you. Breakfast was fantastic - huge range, fresh and the daily smoothies were particularly good. Pool area has a great view across the city and is stocked with ice water. Room was quiet and spacious. Hotel was central so location was excellent. Definitely would recommend to anyone coming to Porto.

A very small hotel, a bit too small for me, with the feeling you are being watched. Breakfast was not brilliant for a 5 star hotel. Only one toilet in hotel apart from the bedroom which wasnt always clean.

What a great location! It's mid-way on the semi-pedestrian Rua das Flores. There's a constant parade in front of the hotel. Restaurants, shopping, buskers in abundance a few feet away. [We ate breakfast nearby instead of in the hotel.] We had dumped our car at the airport. We took an Uber to the hotel, but taking a taxi is better. Cabs have access to Rua das Flores whereas our Uber had to leave us off on a side street instead. If you have much luggage, a taxi is better. Staff was absurdly attentive--learning and using most of our names when we wandered in or out. We loved the small outdoor pool and took breaks there on successive afternoons. You sometimes felt you needed breadcrumbs to follow from your room back to the lobby. A labyrinthe! But the rooms were delightful. We had drinks in the lobby bar and a decent lunch at the hotel restaurant. It was a great cap to our trip to Portugal.

Their restaurant recommendation made our first night even more special (vegetarian traditional Francesinha - didn’t think I’d find one of those!!) and the room (size, cleanliness, interior, temperature, sheets, service, chocolate on the pillow) was the best we could ask for. We went to the pool and the sauna twice and had both for ourselves - twice!! The breakfast service was great as well. Kind, attentive, our server knew my tea preference on day 2. When we walked out for our daily exploration, the door man (I’m so sorry I’m really bad with names - the irony!) knew my name and wished us a great day and a welcome back every time. If I’m in Porto again, I’ll be staying here again. Thank you!
