A Lovely Boutique Hotel, Accessibility is key, as I use a wheelchair, I was very comfortable getting around. The greatest surprise was the fine dining, and extensive wine list and Sommelier on premises.
French and English is spoken at this establishment.

How the heck did you charge me the price in US dollars instead of Canadian dollars? Then the hotel charged me in Canadian dollars. I overpaid Hotels.com and charged a second time by the hotel.

I wish we could stay longer. The rooms were big, complete with balcony. We didn’t explore the area as this was a stopover on our way to Quebec City. Great breakfast!

Our room was smaller than our daughter’s room. It lacked a stand for luggage. Our fridg was very small. Ice for our cooler was only available in an ice bucket at the bar. No safe available.

Stay was great, amenities were great, Tim Hortons within walking distance. couldn't ask for anything more.

This is a very nice hotel in a quiet area. The restaurant in the premises is definitely upscale. I just could not afford it but, surprisingly, I found the hotel to be affordable for my budget. The room was nice. A little bit of a damp smell but not overpowering. This is the only thing I would try to fix. Parking was ok. Never had any problem but I can see it can be an issue if restaurant has a busy day.

ontario so english was very important to us which each staff spoke both English and french
