Very good. It was a little painful to keep getting different online forms to fill in and you have to request parking and it is $20. That all being said the apartment was really well set up and had full size washer and dryer brand new. This was a bonus as I was visiting my daughter who lives in a dorm.

Excellent location. Nice to have a spacious, nicely decorated and very modern space with full kitchen. The one downside keeping this from a 5* review was the parking. The garage is a pain to drive in with an SUV and when I booked, all the spots reserved for the Laundry Rooms were full, so I had to drive around and around with staff on the phone directing me to other "secret" spots also owned by the property. Also, check in and key access via phone had me anxious about keeping my phone charged but that could just be my Gen X side talking.

We had a great experience. The host was very helpful during my stressful moment trying to get into the building. I didn’t know a key app was needed prior to but super quick and easy once I figured it out :). The apartment is well equipped, very clean, comfy bed, huge bathroom. Parking was easy to find also. Great location

Once you figure out how to use the OpenKey system for getting in and out of the building and your apartment, all is gold! The fully equipped kitchen is ready for use and Vincenzo’s grocery store is a two minute walk away. Super convenient location to public transit and Uptown Waterloo.

I thought the unit was well designed and styled. Will definitely stay there again. My only red flag was lack of parking. Stalls should be assigned and monitored. One night there was no parking available so I had to park on the street.

very spacious 2 bdrm/2-bath for the price of a std hotel room. Complete kitchen with oven and dishwasher, as well as laundry in-room. Quiet, great views. Great downtown Waterloo location.

Fantastic location, with easy access to groceries, banks, drug stores, restaurants and shopping. Waterloo park and trails also close. Accommodations provided had all amentities we could think of. Staff were responsive. Very happy to stay again.

Excellent place. It's the full apartment experience with entire kitchen, laundry and everything. When I called with a question the service was extremely fast. Our SUV with a roof top carrier fit well in the underground parking as well. We would absolutely stay again.

My husband and i stayed 1 night to celebrate our 25 year wedding anniversary. When we walked into our suite we were shocked with how amazing it was. It was big, spacious, so clean with new updated kitchen. Our view was nice and on the 6th floor was an outdoor pool on the roof. The bed was firm but soft (wish i knew what type of mattress it was lol)
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend others to stay if they get the opportunity.
