The hotel is excellent. They request an ID from everyone at the counter (this is the only hotel that I know that does this).

Shower was not clean, I told the Front desk a couple of times and notice there has been hair on the shower wall. They mentioned it was cleaned, but I still saw the hair on the restroom shower wall. Outside in the center of the hotel I heard karaoke until seven in the morning, my suggestion get a room that is not facing the center of the hotel, although the view was very nice. It would be nice to have slippers and a hand towel for the shower. The staff was nice and pleasant.

I have been coming here for years. The female staff at night is horrible and very rude and unhelpful. They are unprofessional and made me and my partner feel uneasy.

The rooms are unkempt, the carpets are dirty, the doors don't close properly. We had always stayed at the Crystal, it had been a year or two since we had been there, but this time we came back, honestly it was only because we didn't have another reservation available elsewhere, but it leaves a lot to be desired, even the price is quite high to be sleeping in a bed where the sheets are torn. The towels were poorly washed and all untidy, it's horrible. I think they should pay more attention to that, but the staff and the people who clean, at least the one who took care of our room, was always very kind, Mrs. Romy.
