There were dead cockroaches on the floor when we came in. We could hear lots of activity around us into the night. Sound carries well.

It was difficult not have someone managing a desk regularly. There was a very upset man beside us and we didn't know who to call. We also didn't have enough towels and since no one was at the desk when we were there, we couldn't get more towels. The pillows were terrible. It was very modern and would be great for a long stay. I would have said it was clean but we found chips under the desk.

We liked that we felt safe. Draw back there was only 2 pillows on a queen bed and lack of towels for 2 people. They have a towel exchange, which to us it was an inconvenience.

Our room had not been cleaned at check in. No sheet or blanks on the bed, wrappers on the floor, no shower curtain, and dirty soap in the shower.
We we did get a new room, but it was inconvenient.
When i addressed it with the manager she didn't care a blow me off. She said well we got you a new room so what does it matter.

Overall it was good. Friendly staff and we checked in and out during their after hours but it was still easy to check in and out. The floors needed to be swept and mopped, but everything else was clean. I didn’t even say anything because we checked in so late and I just wanted to sleep. But my bare feet never touched that floor.

While this place is listed at Hotels.com it is NOT a hotel. It is an extended stay facility with NO amenities in rooms above the 1st floor. This includes no coffee maker, shampoo, dish soap or "kitchen" towels. I found this interesting because it comes with a kitchen but no cooking tools. You would have to bring or buy your own (which I did for a one night stay). It was clean enough. I do not recommend it for short stays, especially if you are thinking you need / want a hotel with at least coffee in the room.
