My wife and I were on an extended roadtrip and needed a place for an overnight so we could drive the Scenic Highland Highway to New River Gorge NP the next day and Elkins was the perfect spot . This Hotel too was perfect and we intend to return to Elkins for a longer visit and will definitely stay here!

The Hotel is located on a hill with a great view of the mountains and has been renovated so most of the hall are new carpet with indoor doors. The beds are very plush and comfortable with a chair to relax an a desk. The hard floor not too great for my taste but for the money it is a great deal. The Free breakfast has hot food with many options for all ages. BBQ Grill out on balcony with many chairs to sit. It is located in a good place and easy to get to. The workers are very friendly as well. Nice TV and cable with free wifi and Parking. I highly Recommend!

We stayed here for four nights and it’s was fabulous. Rooms were clean, bed was extremely comfortable and amenities were superb. The only complaint I have is housekeeping. They only offered housekeeping on certain days or by request, which is fine but when they did come we had already returned to our room for the evening and didn’t want to be disturbed. I didn’t care for this so consequently our room was never cleaned.

This hotel has no handicap parking…no specifically designated area. When I asked at the front desk if the hotel had handicap parking, was told ‘no’. For such facilities…not providing designated handicap parking area is against the law. Room cleaning is done only twice a week unless requested for additional service. The one time my room was cleaned the bathroom was way under par…the one chair in the room was dirty and the carpet had nasty stains. I expect better quality from Wyndham facilities. The breakfast buffet area was clean and kept stocked.

The Staff are great the rooms are awesome and the Breakfast is the best i ever had at a hotel fresh cooked and so many choices will def stop there before anywere else! Id stay just for a mini vacation :) Thanks to the Staff for a wonderful experience !!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was very god, the only item i will mention is a microwave should be in the rooms to go along with the mini fridge.
