Staff was excellent owners of hotel need to properly clean the flooded rooms on first floor. They still have an odor. Washer also needs to be repaired

Check in was quick and easy. The rest was down hill quick. The room had dirty counters,floors, tub, sink, floor cracking, and the bed was like sleeping on pure box springs.

I’m astounded as Candlewood suite hotels are generally nice. This one reeked of mildew and all of my things in my suitcase smell of mildew. There was no staff to be located between 6-715 am when I went to the front desk.a sign was posted that stepped out and would be back shortly. Later in the day, I asked the clerk about where was staff and she said her manager left early and she couldn’t come in on time leaving the hotel without any staff during that time, especially at the Front desk where someone should be at all times for security of the hotel. Then I was trying to rest in my hotel room and housekeeping barged in without even knocking where there was no reason to even be in my room as the sign says they only clean weekly and I just checked in that day. Then the next day my room card didn’t work so I had to go down to get that fixed. Total disaster stay. I definitely won’t be back.

There were places throughout the room that the walls and tile need repairs. The microwave was missing the face plate which made it look broken. The were roaches crawling around in the room. the dumpster that was in the parking lot was so full the maggots were crawling over the side.

The room smelled horrible. Musty, moldy, stale. The carpet was damp in the room. Semi clean, but no attention to dirt in corners, etc.

I had a clogged toilet and asked the front desk clerk on Saturday morning for a plunger and she said she couldn’t Leave the desk to go upstairs and get it. Came back in the afternoon the bathroom still wasn’t fixed and the young lady on duty in the afternoon provided me with plunger. I’m paying for the hotel and fixing the toilet like I’m an employee. Don’t I’ve ever experienced that before.

Terrible. A/C kept going out. A/C in mothers room kept going out as well. She is 79 years old. Had to keep slamming the door for it to lock

Room and bathroom was very clean. Loved kitchenette, full refrigerator and microwave. Needs new tv … poor quality. Toilet extremely low … like it was intended was little kids. When booking could not find king room. Would have loved king size bed.

Must be remodeling , stunk of mold , had tons of roaches in bed area ,even more in bathroom. AC worked great ,for the most part felt secure ,quiet!
