For the most part things were clean. When checking in the staff member was not friendly. We reported that one of the beds had blood on the comforter and they were not apologetic or anything. The comment was “I’ll tell housekeeping”.

Nice property. Modern and comfortable.shower needed better cleaning . Bed comfortable. Second stay here much improved from our first stay. Front desk efficient just not particularly welcoming, but not an issue. Why no minimal free breakfast? Is that just a thing of the past? Will stay again.

The hotel looked nice, but the cafe had no one at the counter. Finally someone came out, but he didn’t know how to make the Starbucks drinks and took a very long time to make the food. The food was really good, but it was really awkward. Maybe someone called in sick?

Our stay has been nice. Hotel was clean. I was disappointed that the breakfast was not free. With the price paid, it should have been included.

Never got my room. The hotel was over booked. Still allowed me to make a reservation but I couldnt get a room. It was nice from the outside though. Like the actually hotel itself. This reservation thing was partially my fault, BUT your experience may be different. I was apart of a wedding party who made reservations at this particular hotel. Booked my room, got a confirmation number. Paid. Only to walk into:
"Im sorry I have no more rooms available"

Terrible staff, no coffee, terrible food, elevator broke, ice machines broke. No cleaning of rooms. Room was dirty. Would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel
