Overall we were fairly comfortable Good location to use the beach. All the facilities were functioning, but the whole hotel unit needs an update. (We would like to have had a different coffee as the one used from the machines, was not Very good.)

I have stayed there before the pool area so much better ass are the rooms.the staff are really nice.i think the TV could be better ass nothing in English and kept breaking up.but overall had a great time thank you

Staff are very helpful. The room was cleaned with fresh towels daily. Good choice of breakfast items. I enjoyed the pool area. I would like to have had a kettle in the room as no facilities to make a drink or to get one especially as I am awake very early in the morning. Other than the that my stay was very pleasing. Close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach.

it has an indoor pool to use for free but you have to pay to use the jacuzzi and steam room

Great location, rooms are clean and spacious and staff are super friendly. The only 2x things I felt that were not great were the expensive parking fees 12€ per day and the breakfast could have more options ( fruit and pasteries).

Extended my stay for the fourth time in the same visit because it made no sense to.go anywhere else! Hotel Navegadores has everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. I wouldn't hesitate to return and I do recommend it!

We were a bit disappointed with the room in general, e.g. mattress quality, extra small television and the breakfast is badly organised and it’s hard to know where is everything. Overall, I wouldn’t be so harsh if it was a 3 star hotel. For a 4 star I am a bit more picky.

Two male staff, in the bar and restaurant, muttered comments or profanities under their breath after I spoke to them. Although I cannot prove exactly what they said it is perfectly clear they were at best, very rude or at worst, highly offensive. Breakfast was OK but I did not appreciate being served food on tiny side plates one morning - it just made me feel I was being "rationed". Dinner was always poor, food tepid and low quality. My room and room servicing was fine, but the balcony only had two uncomfortable, built-in concrete benches. In addition, on two occasions there was no hot water in the bathroom
