Hotels.com shows a hot tub, but there has not been one since 2017. Beds were meh as far as comfort. Room was very plain, but great colored wall. Bathroom sink had a slow drain. No outside fire, though it was a Saturday night and plenty of people there who would have enjoyed it. Breakfast was decent.

A one night stay with friends while we toured the Rockport area. Hotel was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. Breakfast for okay, would return.

The hotel was nice. Room was alittle dusty on some areas. I got two beds (queen) they were definitely full size beds. So I was alittle disappointed with that. There were also no towels in the pool area, therefore I had to keep asking for more towels. Other than that the stay was fine. Breakfast was continental and good. People are friendly.

The room was sufficient for a one night stay with a dog, but you can hear your neighbors talking through the walls, the “continental” breakfast is packaged foods and a TV blaring, and the heat/ac was either on full or nothing. Rockport is a lovely little town and the music hall is first class.

We were quite disappointed. A very basic drive up one floor facility. A big hole in the rug when you walked in, dirty bathroom in poor condition. Didn’t feel comfortable without slippers.
I must say the beds were nice and comfortable. They should put some extra blankets in the room though. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it; wish they had a hot tub.
Overall, we wish we had stayed somewhere else.

We recommend staying here. There are enough parking spaces in front of the door, the rooms are spacious. There is also an indoor swimming pool. The standard breakfast was OK but not really great. Huge amounts of plastic waste are produced here every morning.

Very nice and clean hotel with a reasonable rate. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was more of a continental style and could use a lot of improvement

Thank you Angie. She was so wonderful and totally customer service oriented. She seems to do everything here. Checked us in, brought fold away, cleaning, watering plants. Hotel has everything that is needed. Fridge, microwave, nice smelling soft linens, cleanliness and for a great price! Would recommend and would stay here again. Just a short walk to downtown.

There were chairs and benches around so we could hang outside when we wanted. The beds, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable and the vanity outside the restroom was very nice. The bathroom could use updating, as the tub was stained, the shower head was very basic, and they offered no complimentary toiletries. That aside, it was lovely space and convenient to all areas of Cape Ann. Our biggest regret is we didn't have an opportunity to sit around the fire pit in the courtyard or use the indoor pool, as we didn't have time. We will definitely stay again in the future!

The property s great but the cleaning person walked in our room without knocking. Also the tub was super slippery and someone could slip and hurt themselves.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rockport Inn, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The inn was very clean and quiet. Room was very spacious. Mattress was ok, a little soft for me but we had no problem sleeping. Definitely will refer friends and family to stay there.

The rooms are a bit outdated. And being so close to the ocean, why carpets? Smells musty and I’m sure it’s from the carpets getting wet and not drying out. And we had a fly in our room. Yuck!!

Terrific hotel. Great location. Close to Rockport & Gloucester highlights. The owner was awesome. Very friendly. The pool & fire pit were nice. We loved that the pool was open from 7am to 10pm. Often at other hotels the pool closes too early.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff is very nice. The room was a bit dated though and the layout of the bath and dressing area is a tad awkward. The pool and outdoor fire pit area looks great but we did not have the opportunity to use either. Continental breakfast was good but nothing special.

Right near Cape Ann area, we went to the Shalin Lou music hall which is amazing. The breakfast selection could be better feel like I’m in middle school again. But it’s free so no complain.
