From check-out to check-in, the professionalism of the staff was beyond amazing. Both in the restaurant, the housekeeping, the wellness and the front desk staff. I loved being greeted with a drink upon arrival. That was a bonus. Everyone is friendly and always greets you with a smile on their face.
The rooftop view is amazing, too bad the 10live restaurant was closed when I went there. The gym could be bigger and have more equipment. I could not jump rope due to the low ceiling, but took advantage of the elliptical. The exercise machines were good.
The bed in the room was very comfortable. I just wish there was soundproof doors because you can hear the live band from across the street playing, but at least they ended before 10:30pm, and the blackout curtains were NOT actually blackout curtains. The curtains did not hit the floor all the way. Other than that, great housekeeping. I love how eco-friendly the hotel is.
They sometimes have a live band downstairs and I liked that guests from the hotel could go to the Aqualuna pool across the street for free. It is a must do on a nice sunny day. I was there end of November and there were really nice 73-75 degree Fahrenheit (22 -24 celcius) days.
I like that you can walk down to the ferry and for less than 4 euros roundtrip, you can go to Valletta. There are busses to St. Julian and also Valletta up the street from the hotel. Restaurants within walking distance. I would come back to this hotel & recommend it! A solid 9/10

Perfect location for a stay in Sliema. Staff very friendly, the ability to use the beach club across the street , the rooftop bar, breakfast, cleanliness all provided a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location for boat trips and beautiful views across the harbour.
Service was a little slow in the Ceilo lounge but otherwise service excellent.
Particular highlight was the bbq evening at 1Olive, supervised by the head chef who made everyone feel welcome and took time to speak to guests. He was happy to cook an extra steak exactly as requested, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very well-appointed hotel in convenient location for visiting Valletta and sightseeing in broader Malta. Hotel dining (including breakfast) options were great and many other restaurants nearby. View from rooftop bar was sensational. Room was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. Frustrating that Hotel did not have a usable map of Valletta and Malta.

Hotel was really nice and there was a variety of restaurants you could choose from; staff helpful and friendly. Areas of improvement was maybe having a proper shower rather than a shower attachment form the bath.

My partner and I stayed at The Waterfront for 5 nights in August and everything was great from start to finish. Check in was easy and we were offered a complimentary drink on arrival. The room was great for us, spacious and clean. The two rooftop bars were amazing and had great views. We absolutely loved the pool. Although it is not directly in the hotel, it is opposite the hotel and you obtain a ticket at reception every day. The pool was great and right next to the harbour!
On one day the indoor pool was closed due to maintenance so everyone was offered a free drink on the rooftop bar due to this, which was a lovely gesture.
The hotel does “themed” nights every evening. My partner and I went to the “brass band and bbq night”. We thoroughly enjoyed this and it is very much worth the money and we fully recommend attending one of these nights.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

The hotel itself was very nice with lovely rooms and very helpful staff. However the outdoor pool is across a busy road and open to general public. The pool is also extremely busy which meant we hardly used it. The rooftop bar (Cielo Lounge) is amazing with great views. We also ate at their barbecue one evening where they had a live saxophone player. There are ample places to eat near the hotel within walking distance or you can Uber to town and eat there. Very close to €2 ferry to Valletta.

Lovely hotel. More variety on alternate days for the breakfast rather than just changing the same items with different flavours. The theme nights, the food was very average, better to eat outside the hotel. The indoor pool isn’t heated, although great to have complimentary passes to the Aqua Luna across the road to the Hotel

It’s located on the seafront enjoys beautiful sweeping views of the bay and Valletta opposite. The food is fantastic. One of the restaurants is on the 11th floor giving you the bonus of amazing views.
If you want to get a tan, guests have free access to a private Lido/club with beds, pool, bar, food etc.
Getting to beautiful Valletta is easy as are boat trips to Comino, Gozo and other nearby islands.The hotel even has a spa

Beautiful hotel right on the seafront in Sliema. Convenient location, huge rooms and breakfast was sumptuous, with a great choice available and very tasty.
Staff were kind, helpful and efficient and the property was immaculate. I liked the idea of the lights on the showers to tell you how much water is being used, they are taking steps towards being eco friendly.
Go to the bistro opposite next to the pool- delicious ♥️
