I evacuated here from Fort Myers when Hurricane Milton was looking to be a cat 5. I brought my 5 children and my dog, while my husband stayed behind with our other pets. The staff were excellent. There was a nice breakfast selection. The pool, although really cold, was nice and big and the kids had a lot of fun. Shopping is right down the street so I was able to fill the kitchenette with food for a week. We had basically everything we needed. I did have to work remotely, which I did from the lobby. During work, when the tornadoes were hitting our area, I had a panic attack. I was a mess. One of your management staff came to sit with me, brought me kleenex, water, and was excellent at calming the waters during a very tumultuous time for me. I was super thankful. This was a beautiful place to stay.

Woke up to no water, inexperienced night staff with poor service skills. Hire better people, would never stay here again and will be sure to inform others of a poorly staffed hotel.

Laundry room was down for maintenance. Bldg is still undergoing all the fine tuning for a new location. Water, power issues, etc. Pool is small and shallow. Location is too far from most of the local attractions to justify the small amount of savings.

It was a last minute booking and the only place available to accommodate us. I’m glad I booked it because it was great, new, clean, great location for us. Food is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Would definitely recommend and plan to book my stays here in the future.
