Paid over $200 for a room but had to go back downstairs to ask for bedding for the pull out in the suite. Person at the front desk would only give me one pillow for the queen size bed, and the blanket had a holes on it. One of the two TV’s kept cutting out, flashing, the sound was horrible. The hallway outside smelled like tobacco and the elevator was filthy. Not impressed and super disappointed at the price in contrast to the accommodations.

this is horrible holiday inn, unclean and need repairs. when we checked in elevators were not working and we have to carry our suitcase to 2nd floor, no one was there to help carry our luggage. carets are in terrible shape and filthy. people working there are kind and friendly but unable to provide assistance.

We walked into our room, and it was visibly dirty. The room smelled like smoke. There were clothing tags and stickers all on the carpet and on the wall by one of the beds. The carpets in the hallways and in the room are all stained and gross. There was hair in the shower, and the tile floor vas full of hair, crumbs, I went back down and was asked if i was sure, I showed her pictures and she moved us to a different room after some comments. I literally wanted to leave if it weren’t for an early morning specialist appt for my daughter that I drove 5.5 hours for! For the price I paid this was unacceptable.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn, and I had a generally good experience. The people working there are incredibly nice and consistently provided excellent customer service. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable. However, there were a couple of things that could have made my stay even better. I noticed that while they offer thermos of coffee in the lobby, there's no hot water available, which would have been nice for tea drinkers like myself. Additionally, the walls in my room were quite thin. Unfortunately, I was woken up around midnight because I could hear the people in the next room talking. They weren’t even being loud, but the walls are so thin that I could hear every word. They stayed up talking until 2am, and as a result, so did I. Overall, while there were some challenges, the friendly staff and clean accommodations are still worth noting. I’d recommend Holiday Inn but suggest they consider addressing these issues for a better guest experience.

The room was clean and maintained, sheets were clean and comfortable, bathroom was organized and clean with soaps, towels and shower gels available. The tv was up to date with smart apps and the air conditioner worked but could use some updating. Lighting was nice as well

The whole building smells like weed the plumbing are bad. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because the water was running through the wall overall seriously one star is too many.
