The guy at the front desk was very disrespectful. We were not able to pay with the same reservation we had and before check out we made sure everything was ok he said we could leave only to be calling and calling me 1 hour later about not paying for 1 tea that could have been courtesy

The rooftop pool is incredible for new years! They have AC!!
They are working on making many improvements. I definitely recommend that they use fabric softener for the towels. The water doesn't get very hot, it's more luke warm. In my room I had mosquitos but remember you are in the jungle.

At check in, the hotel did not have my reservation from the website. Also the price on the website is less than what they charge. The use a real high exchange rate. First room we got was used and dirty, we were promptly moved to a clean room. No other issues, afterwards.
