This please was perfect for our stay. Clean, quiet, walkable distance to the shops and restaurants. Anastasia is amazing and gave us great recommendations for sight seeing and exploring the island.

Anastasia (managing the property) was FANTASTIC. Right when we got there she spent ten minutes with us explaining to us how the public transportation works. She was so accommodating and gave us a hot water urn and extra towels for our beach day. She was a pleasure to be around and such a sweet soul. Made our trip. And of course the hotel itself was just great. Such a cute place and in a great location! My favorite part was our balcony!

Anastasia, one of the receptionist, was amazing! Gave great recommendations for the island and other islands we were going to. The hotel also recommended an ATV guy and we used it on the island. Would use this hotel again!

Our stay here was so enjoyable and comfortable thanks to Anastasia! She was so warm and hospitable which made us feel so welcomed! From the moment we arrived, she helped us settle in and patiently answered all of our questions regarding sightseeing and transportation. She printed out maps and bus schedules and even arranged our rental car which was dropped off to the hotel. Our room was quite spacious for 3 people and the views from our balcony were stunning. She also arranged the best taxi service for us upon departure to ensure we had a comfortable and spacious ride back to the port. Hotel Iris is a lovely hotel but Anastasia was the reason we had such a wonderful experience!!

I can’t thank Anastasia enough for her hospitality. She truly made our experience. The hotel was absolutely lovely, conveniently located, perfectly kept and well maintained. Our room was cleaned daily and the shampoo and conditioner they provided have become my new favourite (I am looking to purchase it when I go home!!). The main thing that was appreciated though was Anastasia. She made me feel so safe (enough to stay alone as a female once my friend had left), and was so kind and welcoming. Every single time she saw me she would ask how my day was/how I was doing- and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, updates about my ferry and more. I can’t thank her enough and I really hope Iris Hotel understands how valuable she is to the hotel.

Anastasia was very helpful and considerate.....took the time to ensure we knew a lot about the area, the Greek culture etc. Convenient location and very walkable. Didn't like the shower......very small and awkward to enjoy a shower comfortably.

Cute hotel nestled in Naoussa. Very clean and spotless. Space is a bit tight but the warm smiling and extremely helpful folks like Anastasia create a special space in hearts. Highly recommend the place.

Hotel was in a great location. We could see the sea from our balcony. Anastasia, the hotel manager was amazing, extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Breakfast was great everyday. Even when an unexpected power outage occurred, the team was still able to manage to get breakfast prepared

We had the best time at Hotel Iris! It has spoiled us for other hotels in the future. The building and the rooms were gorgeous. We loved the blue and white decor. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a late check in, and the staff left us a personalized note and instructions on how to get in after hours. The breakfast was also wonderful. We are going to eat tomatoes and cucumbers for breakfast when we get back home- we loved it.

We absolutely loved staying at the hotel Iris. Our room was functional and clean. The customer service was exceptional. A special mention must be made to Anastasia. She was so warm and competent as a receptionist/ manager. It was such a pleasure interacting with her. The complimentary breakfast offered many fresh food options that were typically Greek. The location was close enough to the town of Naoussa but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
