Very happy with hotel and decided to stay another 5 days. Very clean and modern. Reception staff very helpful and allowed me to practise my French. Free parking is always good. Did not have breakfast as €18 per person too expensive.

Staff in the reception area were excellent in resolving an issue we had after a bottle of water leaked on our bed. They were very accommodating and found us a new room. Thank you.

The swimming pool is lovely, its on the roof but enclosed. The breakfast has a good selection of things.

The hotel is ideally situated for the beach, shops and restaurants by the harbour which are a 5 minute walk away. There is a large car park at the rear so parking is never an issue. The room was very large, clean and well equipped. Some negatives though. They require 200 euro deposit on a credit card which I'm still waiting to be refunded. I upgraded to a harbour view but this was minimal and not all rooms had a balcony.

The Hotel is in a good location and the room was clean and staff friendly and efficient. But the room wasn’t ready till 4:15pm and the Restaurant in the Hotel was closed on a Saturday night. It wasn’t worth the £330 for a 1 night stay.

Good hotel well situated a few hundred meters from the port and city center. The room are spacious and well designed. Good bathroom with a large shower. For a four star we could do with some bathroom amenities. They only provide the all in one shower gel that is not always the best product. Good quality mattress and pillows. Espresso machine and tea facilities and two bottles of free water in the minibar. The pool is very small and usually invaded by kids in the afternoon, so the tip is to go early morning or after 6 pm if you want to swim in this tiny pool.

Great Hotel & Staff.

The hotel is very modern with a beautiful reception area. The staff are really nice. The bed was enormous and really comfortable. The shower has 2 settings,one being a rain shower! The restaurant is very pleasant although we did not eat there this visit, we have done previously and the food was excellent. We strolled down to the seafront and there are a number of different restaurants on the way. In the hotel there is an indoor rooftop pool. Reception will provide you with swimming towels. There is a terrace adjoining the restaurant and if the weather is warm enough you can have your meal outside.The room had a settee as well as abed and a large TV on the wall. The room was spotless. There is shower gel provided and the towels were really fluffy and soft. Although there are road and pavement works going on they do not affect the noise in the hotel, it is very quiet. There are no other restaurants nearby but it is a short very pleasant walk along the river on a paved walk way down through the town to the sea front where there is a clean sandy beach. There is a big car park at the rear of the building which is paved and has a gate, I don't know if it is closed late at night. There are lifts to all floors in the hotel. The train station is within walking distance and trains run behind the hotel. The hotel surroundings are nice, there are a lots of plants and they separate various areas of the carpark and surround the restaurant terrace. I would recommend this hotel as the staff
