A historic hotel yet very clean . A unique setup with check in and check out. A lot of dining options around the hotel in a small, quaint town.

Beautiful historic building but no onsite parking. Parking in street is risky. Had to Self check in as no Personnel on sight

The Blanche was picture perfect. The rooms were clean and well decorate. The Blanche would have gotten a five star if it hadn’t been for the loud noises and slamming doors in the middle of the night (from 12 am to 1 am and again from about 4:30 am to 5:30 am). This did not make for a good night’s sleep. This may have occurred because it was the weekend. We would stay there again and would recommend the Blanche.

It’s like a gem in the middle of a little town. Very beautiful, clean. No food service but some coffee shops close by.

The property is beautiful!! Old world elegance with contemporary decor. Loved staying in something so historic! Had a wonderful stay and will be staying again when I am in town.!

Our hotel was beautiful and very comfortable!! We wish we could of stayed for a few days but we were just passing though.

The Blanche was lovely. We booked at the last minute and never saw a human because it’s code-based entry but the service was excellent. The person on the other end of the texts and emails was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Beautifully restored old Hotel. Since there was no front desk, there was a lack of information, such as where to park. Perhaps some kind of welcome pack would have been nice. It would contain parking info., and Restaurant recommendations, delivery option etc.

Really liked the no-touch/no-complications checkin/out. Room was great, good space and clean... loud appliance on the counter (dehumidifier?) was really loud but we turned it to Low and was fine. Will stay again if overnighting in the area, definitely. All things equal, the only drawbacks are pricey and parking was not as close as usual hotel/motel lots are

Super nice and beautiful

If you don’t mind noise this place is a good option for you. I was expecting a typical hotel room, but it’s similar to renting a bedroom in someone’s home. You hear everything from the other rooms from babies crying, people talking, water running to people coughing. It’s located downtown which is great when you want to walk to dinner or breakfast, but be prepared for the traffic, trains, and music. It’s a very clean hotel but very noisy.

Great place to stay! Very clean and well taken care of. Bed was really comfortable. Owner checked in via text to check on us. Close to 2 restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing, beautiful old hotel that is restored… incredibly clean, easy to access. I work locally as a physician on nights and I would love if they would do day rooms for when I need a place during the day. Cleanest hotel I have been to in the area by far.

Great hotel. Beautiful inside and parking was easy. Our room was great and bed was comfortable. Its an old building so expect old things (floors, doors) but it was great and safe. Will be back with the family.

The hotel is quiet, clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.

This was an amazing surprise. One of the best stays I’ve had family. It was like a condo. No reception you got codes for the lobby in your room. Big open spaces balcony in downtown Lake City it was gorgeous inside huge big chandeliers. It was not very populated at all. It’s not like we had to hold the building to ourselves. Absolutely gorgeous you will not regret staying here and you’ll find a way to come back if you can

Check in codes failed, the after hours service was able to assist after a few phone calls. Beautiful hotel, good price, beds we’re comfortable and room was clean.

I was concerned about walking to a nearby pub alone in the dark . Caitlin was working in the hall and I happened to ask if it was safe. She walked me over to Frankies. It was so kind of her! I did encounter a person living on the street. On the way back I did not feel threatened but felt uncomfortable because he tried to initiate a conversation and I was alone. Caitlin went above and beyond the call of duty! I really do appreciate it. I have stayed here several times en route from Miami to the mountains and hope to continue to do so. I am do glad I found the Blanche. I have recommended to several friends.

Awesome! Very nicely restored and beautifully decorated! Doesn’t smell old! I loved everything about this beautiful place right down to the comfy bed! Traveled from Oregon to explore Georgia and this was a nice start!

We got in at 1am and left by 9am adorable downtown area cute coffee shop 400 feet away. Would stay again!

I booked a queen size bed and was put in a a room with a full size bed. I called the Hotel staff and 2 hours later got a call back. She informed me there where no othere rooms available.

Love this place. Bed was so comfortable. It is an old historic hotel so it does have that old smell. Room was comfy and very clean. It is in the historic area of town, places to eat within walking distance. Brewery right across the street. Nice view of a lake. It is right on the main street, traffic noise was loud but stopped in time for sleep. Check in is with phone so I never saw an employee and felt like I was the only one at the hotel, which I knew wasnt so because parking lot had other cars in it. My only complaint was the parking, I was in the lot across the street, which is close to hotel. No big deal other then if it had been raining would have gotten wet.

Everything was good except that the bottom bunk of the bed had blood stains on the comforter. Very disgusting and I’m glad we found it before someone tried to sleep under it. Apparently the cleaning crew needs to do a better job of checking the bedding.
