Very pleased with the hotel in general. Great included breakfast. 2 TVs and good supplies. Only complaint was the bed was not that comfy. Too hard. Otherwise very convenient and dog friendly.

This hotel is pretty, nice atmosphere. However, our bathroom sink was having problems draining. I called the front desk to inform them but nothing was done. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 4.

A nice surprise to find lovely terrycloth bathrobes. The lobby is underwhelming but the room was very classy. Clean and eco-friendly, breakfast included, a very good value for the price.

Only 1 night stay during road trip. This property is older and needs a refresh but was very quiet and room was clean! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Staff was friendly! I’d probably stay here again

The front desk area is not inviting, it appears messy and stacked with things that should be stored elsewhere, including a big printer. The furniture in the room was warn and scraped up. It just needs a bit of an update. However, It’s still a comfortable place to stay and has a wonderful breakfast.

Overall it is a nice hotel. It needs a very deep cleaning. Fix the hot tub, so many people were disappointed that it was broken. The staff were fantastic. The people serving breakfast did a great job of keeping everything fresh and full. The location is a little hard to find and get on the city about cleaning up the surrounding area.

Our check in specialist was fantastic!!! He did a great job and was super friendly and efficient. Explained everything well and even offered suggestions for near attractions!! :) Jim was also super great!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay gentlemen!!!

Breakfast & service was good.. checking in was easy.. one of the lights were out in the bathroom but no big deal since we were there for only one night.. neighborhood pulling up by the casino was kinda sketchy but that’s it..

Paid for 3 breakfasts and the menu was the same everyday. Coffee not the best
Cleaning is not meticulous, don't know how often they vacuum, we saw the same dirt during our stay.

Needs deep cleaning, dust in every corner of the room, couch had something white spilled on cushions, when i washed with a washcoth, washcloth turned black. Needs some uodates too.
