Good hotel for the price. Friendly staff, decent hotel for the price. Room entrance through hallway, not to exterior. Heated pool with spa— decent condition (fine for young kids who just wanna swim). Spacious room.

Overall my stay was fairly decent just a couple of things that could have made it better. 1. The time it takes to get your deposit back is absurd, it should never take 10 days for that. 2. The pillows were soft but too small for a king size bed. 3. Having an ice machine on every floor, but making them inoperable forcing guests to use the one in the lobby is an inconvenience ,especially if you need ice in the middle of the night. 4. There should be vending machines with soft drinks and snacks on every floor for convenience. The market in the lobby is okay, but the prices are elevated and it’s not easily accessible if you just need a cold drink. 5. The fridges in the rooms have a freezer section but it doesn’t freeze or keep items close to frozen. 6. The breakfast is fairly decent, but it would be nice to have regular scrambled eggs and not that egg casserole as it has too many items in it. It would also be great if they added an additional waffle making station (as that is the most popular station). The change to patty sausage over link sausage would be an improvement as well. A lactose free milk option would be great for breakfast as well (I had to buy my own from the store and use during my stay and ultimately had to throw it away at checkout). 7. The windows that face the interstate could stand to be double glazed or something to deaden the road noise of the cars accelerating on the on ramp. 8. More towels and washcloths in the rooms as well as shower gel/soap.

It was okay, I only stayed for a night. Was not really impressed with the room. Somewhat comfortable, the TV had a weird blue hue and the lamps were rusty, fairly clean though, pillows were lacking. The toiletries were subpar, But overall not bad considering the price.

Lots of noise from loud cars and highway traffic at night. Otherwise, nice staff and acceptable accommodations for a two night weekend to watch a football game.

Room smelled like smoke. I was in a non smoking room. Shower was stopped up. Water pooled at my feet while taking a shower. Breakfast was amazing. The wonderful lady prepared a delicious spread. Everything was clean and she was very attentive and help with a smile.

However, the hotel is nice but there are a few drawbacks. We started off in one room where the AC had a high whining sound so they moved us rooms. Our next room had a shared door and unfortunately we were moved to the family row and we heard babies crying through the night and kids running all around us. The walls are just thin. The cleanliness was a bit of a draw back too. The shower had lots of hair in it, and the floor needed a good vacuum, we had crumbs and hair sticking to our feet. There were a few live roaches near the AC we had to kill, we were on the 4th floor so I don’t believe these were just from outdoors/rain. Overall, the hotel is nice, but some details have been overlooked.

Front desk worker(s) while checking in and checking out were rude and uninterested while we were talking to them. Bought Sodas from the front desk area and when we got to our room and started drinking them, noticed they tasted weird and saw they were months expired.
