The hotel is fine overall but falls short in several areas. For example:
- Only central heating with no functioning ventilation, resulting in an unbearably hot and oxygen-deprived room, making it necessary to sleep with the balcony door open.
- A musty smell in the bathroom.
- Only decaf coffee was available.
- There was only one towel for two people on the first day
- They failed to provide the bottle of wine as complementary promised by hotels.com.

Amazing, friendly staff, who were very attentive. Hotel clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in good location, with short walk to the Holy Church of St Lazarus, restaurants, shops and local beach.

The attention was ok. But the place needs improvement. Bedsides table broken. The doors of the shower does not close properly. Lasty, they only have two spots in front of the hotel for parking.

The hotel's location is great. We had the best room (402) suite, and for four days every day, we had to ask staff to clean the room. The bathroom had horrible shorts all other times reported, but no one tried to solve it. In the bathroom, stuff is broken and not fixed properly. It doesn't feel right and is definitely not worth the money spent. Will I ever stay again - NO. The staff is polite, but there is no communication between them. The business lounge is ok, but there is little choice of teas and light food. A few times, we came, and there was nothing left. A staff member brought one more sandwich at 4 pm ( sandwiches normally were brought around 3 pm): premium fee and crapy and poor delivery. There are too many broken things around, and you need to complain. even that problems are not solved.

Very accommodating staff who were very helpful. The south side rooms are next to a busy tourist/shopping area with lots of neon signs, blinds are required but once they (and the door) were closed, no issues at all. Shower was a little musty but otherwise all things worked great!

The hotel was is in a perfect location, right near St Lazarus and a short walk to the Finikoudes.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern, our room was a standard room but felt bigger.
There is a car park located around the corner from the hotel, the staff provided us with a pre paid card, so there was no issue with parking either.

For the price you can find a better hotel in Larnaca . Parking is a challenge coyldnt get water to drink after hours. Left a scarf there and they promised to call me but no one retuned my call

Very cozy, clean and new rooms. Location is also great as you are 5 min walking distance from the beach, plus surrounded by restaurants.

Our stay at the Leonardo hotel was wonderful, we enjoyed it very much. The location was great, just in the center in a quiet and fun street with many nice restaurants and stores nearby, the front desk staff was so nice and helpful, the hotel is nicely decorated and the room was spacious, pleasant, clean with very comfortable beds and pleasant sheets. We will certainly come again in case we stay in Larnaca.
