It was a nice clean place to stay. The hotel is very pretty yet they keep the hotel lights off in common areas not showing off the beautiful murals...it's like a sleepy hotel in a very vibrant town. They only gave us 2 very worn towels. The 2nd night gave us 4.
The area was walkable distance to lots of local life. So much to explore....my favorite was the market. Great food, delicious - in there at VERY good prices.

Took time to get someone in the front desk. No rooms are accessible and the stairs handle to the first floor was not easy to grab. No air dryer in the room

This hotel stay was comfortable with responsive staff. The water pressure was good but the water was mild – not ideal for a winter visit but comfortable and safe. We explored nearby attractions and spent quiet mornings at the near by restaurants and zocalo. The staff was responsive and friendly! The only thing missing was information on the mural and beautiful art throughout the hotel.

The front desk clerk was super sweet! Upon checkout we were able to leave our luggage so we can enjoy our last day in town. The hotel is literally in the center!!!! Loved it! Loved the location!
