This hotel is very centrally located and close to all amenities. If you want a hotel with old charm and a rustic vibe then this is the place to stay. It has all the modern amenities a guest requires. It was clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The beds were super comfortable and there was no noise from either inside the hotel or outside on the street to disturb our sleep.

I have stayed at the Polski Hotel numerous times and it is my Hotel of choice when in Krakow. We enjoy very much bing in the old town with all of the shops and points of interest. The staff has always been very courteous and friendly.

the location of the hotel is perfect, the staff are super pleasant, the bar and the outside area are totally top notch, there was only one minus and that is The breakfast was unfortunately not at 5 star level, juices were hot, they couldn't make soft-boiled eggs correctly, in general there was a lot to be desired on that point to be on par with the rest of the hotel

Beautiful classic hotel within the Old Town walls - Old wall ramparts right across the street. Excellent kind staff. Great comfortable room. Convenient walk from train station. Five minute walk to main square.

Nice location, friendly staff. Room was small and a bit old fashioned (do not like that carpets on the floor) but comfortable enough.

From check-in to check-out, it was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted in getting us familiar with Old Town Krakow, assisted with taxi rides and even helped us book a bus ride to Novy Sacz. The bartender was very friendly and made great evening cocktails. The room was spacious and clean. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location couldn’t have been better. We would definitely stay here again. And would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.

Absolutely lovely staff from cleaners to restaurant to front of house. Extremely quiet for a central old town location and a great breakfast buffet. We can heartily recommend this charming hotel.

Regular rooms are small, decorated with cheap reproductions, trying to make the rooms and the hotel look elegant and antic but fails, used up furniture, mold in our bathroom, rusty curtain bar in the bathroom, and view at the garbage cans in the back. Carpets are worn out, only instant coffee and cheap tea in the rooms. Needs renovation. Great location, much overpriced for what it is.

I’ve stayed here a couple times and really enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is great, one problem can be the noise late at night in the area, but other than that this is a really good choice for enjoying the old city of Kraków.

Terrific location-I walked everywhere including bus station, Wawal Castle-the staff gave me every ounce of information I needed to take tram, busses, food, etc. it’s a great value for the money-it’s a more traditional hotel not like our 5 stars in US, but the staff surpassed all expectations.

This hotel is charming and old-world plus perfectly located away from the more crowded areas, with a view of the old gates/wall of the city. The staff is wonderful, they are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just lovely, and a shout out to the friendly serving staff there as well. An excellent choice. Our room was so pretty and bright, with two giant windows.

We have stayed at Hotel Polski Pod numerous times and have always enjoy our stay. The location is great, the staff are very helpful and polite.
