The hotel room was nice, nothing really to tell about, but the thing about the hotel was definitely the staff. Super kind to us and liked to share their experiences and tips. They made the stay a 5 out of 5 experience. We will come back some day

Convenient location for sightseeing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was further than expected but still within a short walk

Great hotel, clean room, wonderful staff were very helpful. About a 15 minute walk from the metro line. Would stay again.

Pretty céntrico and accesible. The room and the hotel are really nice. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful most of the time but not all of them. We alll can have bad days.

This is a beautiful hotel in a truly great area of Porto. The front desk/bar staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, helped me to book my train ticket to Lisbon and offered me a complimentary welcome cocktail upon arrival which I enjoyed on the rooftop (which wasn’t technically open but I was allowed to enjoy anyway). The neighbourhood is very cool without being insanely overrun by tourists with amazing restaurants near by. The only small negative I had was the strip lighting above the window in my room was malfunctioning and flickered at all hours but it wasn’t a huge deal because I travel with a sleep mask. The disappointing part is when I told the front desk about it when I checked out, they were already aware of the issue and just failed to inform me/fix it before my stay. Otherwise, a really lovely property and place to stay in Porto.

We got a clean facecloth once along with cotton tips etc. The roof top stairs should have a railing and the broken glass replaced. Special mention to Diego, Markus, Renoto and the rest.

First time to Porto, and Portugal. Fantastic time. Great location and lots walkable. As a first time single traveler to somewhere this far my experience was great.

Delightful, modern, classy hotel in a fabulously fun and vibrant part of the old city. Excellent service: anything we asked for was no problem at all. Delightful breakfast. Gorgeous rooftop. Lovely!

Excellent stay…the staff were absolutely awesome. Renato and the entire front desk staff, incredible service. I also received a personalized handwritten note in my room welcoming me to the hotel. Rooms were very clean.l. The location of the hotel is in the center and close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a central part of Porto and we really enjoyed being close to everything. Very walkaboe area and close to public transportation. Room was big and comfortable bed. Would stay again

breakfast buffet was excellent and worth the price...accommodations were very clean and modern, although smaller room...staff was excellent...very convenient location if you make a left when you walk out the door...no real amenities, but you're not in your hotel so much, usually out walking the up and down the hills sightseeing...would recommend this property
