Staff were very nice. My only complaint was that hot tub was only 10 degrees warmer than the pool.

This is a very nice Hampton Inn with very spacious rooms. The staff was excellent. We heard the person on the floor above ours two nights in a row, tromping around at 2:30am, and our sleep was disturbed and our dog would also awaken. We asked to be moved to a different room in the top floor. On our 3rd night our request was granted and we enjoyed a very peaceful night. The assistant manager, Josh, was very accommodating and apologetic. We will stay here again!

Unique in its connection to all of the entertainment options. Liked that the gym was clean and had 3 treadmills for the rainy day, but also that the neighborhood was accessible for walking outdoors on the clear morning. Great breakfast service.

In town for a funeral so we weren’t expecting to have an experience at our hotel. But it is the Best hotel we’ve stayed at in a while. We really appreciated everything about our stay. The casino sports book was a fun spot to hang out. And the staff was all kind and professional.

I didn’t like that Casino guests could park in the spots closest to the hotel leaving hotel guests parking further away from the hotel. Having defined parking for the hotel would be helpful.

There was a massive amount of goose droppings. Im aware that wild birds will do this but there was little to no attempt to upkeep

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Burlington, Ia. Brittney was at the desk when I checked in. She was friendly, efficient and very helpful. The facility is great but she put it over the top! Thank you. We’ll be back.

My evening was ruined due to the Hampton not having a room available for me at check-in. Blamed it on me booking the room through Travelocity. The hotel staff did not make a room available to us until 9:00 p.m. I had to get ready for our dinner out that evening in our friends room, which i felt was inconvenient for them.
