The property was nice and clean and it was a short Uber to the airport, there was a Van for free Transportation, but we just grabbed an Uber instead as we weren’t sure when it was leaving

While waiting in line, I saw the previous customer receiving courteous and professional service, which initially gave me a positive impression of the establishment. However, my experience was different. When it was my turn to check in, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude from the staff member (I'd rather not mention her name on here). I felt as if I were a bother rather than a valued guest. Upon receiving my keys, I was met with nothing but a bad attitude, and unlike other guests, I was not given any information about the hotel's layout, amenities, or even directions to the elevator; instead, after an awkward silence while I waited for this standard information, all she asked was, "Do you need anything else?".

Room was clean only issue was the breakfast, we thought since we paid that much for one night the breakfast was included in the price but we were told we have to pay $20 each person just for some coffee and donuts..
