Quick overnight stay. Worked for what we needed.

Overall our stay was pleasant. It took a while to check in since there was only one staff working but she was very nice. The bathroom was disappointing. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower curtain did not smell fresh. Housekeeping did not replace our empty toilet paper roll dispenser. The fridge, Keurig coffee maker and microwave were pluses.

The bed was wonderful, but the room was a little long in the tooth. Not much, but needed a new rug and maybe a little clean up in the bathroom.

This Hilton was a bit dated, but clean. We arrived an hour early and wanted to inquire about an early check in and the front receptionist seemed perturbed about this. So no early check in.The “restaurant” is a buffet style setup that seems to be provided by the other Hilton adjacent from the Garden Inn. No garden that was observed and the view is of a parking lot. We would not stay here again, but on the fly it wasn’t that bad and it was clean.

It’s very good! The staff are very friendly and the place is easy parking. Hotel offers free ice water and coffee in the morning!

A/C doesn’t work after reaching set limit, which caused no air circulation and lot of suffocation. I was told to provide fan after contacting front desk, but that never happened. Entire my family couldn’t sleep properly during our stay for 4 days.

Christian was truly the best. His assistance when i was frustrated as well as helping me find the exras were unmatched. The whole staff was great for sure but he really stood out and made my booking as well as stay more personal and so much easier.
