Apartment building located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea, on the second line of the Poniente beach, with spectacular views of the sea.
A quiet place, ideal for any type of leisure or work activity, next to the beach, with an enviable climate, near the center of Benidorm but without all its hustle and bustle, with a very quick link to the highway to travel for leisure or work and a few minutes drive from all the theme parks in Benidorm
Castelmar Apartments is the ideal base for any leisure option in Benidorm, thanks to the fact that each apartment has a private and covered parking space, you will have no problem moving around whenever you feel like it, since when you return you will have a place to leave your car parked without problem.
Enjoy your lawn and garden area around the swimming pool for adults and children, with the peace of mind that the entire building area is fenced and if you want to go to the beach it is 100 meters in a straight line from the building.
NOTE:
From the end of September 2024 until just before Easter 2025, work will be carried out to change the lifts in the building and there may be some inconvenience and there will only be 1 lift working at a time
